Eyes: Grey eyes, that light up her entire face when she gets happy or excited. When she also gets angry you can see the anger stirring around in her eyes.
Hair: Her hair is bright blonde with a slight curl to it, it falls on her shoulders lightly. It also frames her face just right to make her eyes shine through
Height: Lacy is about 5‘6“ in height which is average for a girl her age. Though she likes her height she does wish she was slightly taller
Weight: Lacy is 125 and she is quite happy with her own body, she runs sometimes to work on her muscle tone. She also has a small love of Ice Cream she kind of has an obsession with it, she will eat it any time.
Distinguishing Features: One of the most noticeable things about Lacy is when she is laughing her hair shakes and her nose wiggles. That has been going on since she was younger.

History:
Lacy De Vere was born to Andrew and Lindsay, as an only child. In her first few years in life she was spoiled her parents tried to give her everything. Though she loved her parents spoiling her, Lacy wanted to become independent as well so, the toys she got from he parents she gave away to the poor children. Her parents had no idea that most of their daughter’s toys went to the other children, they didn’t find out for at least five years.

When they did find out though they were quite mad that all their money they thought they were spending on their daughter was going to children they didn’t know. They soon realized that at the age of 12 Lacy was going to do what she wanted when she wanted because she was very opinionated.

Lacy knew from a young age that she might be tainted, because her entire family was tainted even her distant relatives from other countries. When she was sixteen she slowly started to notice things, like she would randomly disappear and reappear in front of a place she didn’t know.

When she went to talk to her mother about it she learned that her grandmother had the ability to transport herself to different places. It seemed that Lacy had developed the same ability has her grandmother had. Her mother slowly taught her the things she would need to know from notes her grandma had left her. At the age of 18 she still hadn't mastered her powers yet, but she used them for good only.

Now at the age of 18 Lacy helps out the people who don’t have quite as much money as her. Every single weekend she helps out with the poor, by feeding them and giving them used clothing. Currently she is interested in a boy named Cody but they seem to fight all the time, her mother says it is because he likes her, but she isn’t too sure.

Lacy had just finished working a long shift and she wanted a really nice meal she was hungry for something other then diner food. She teleported herself back to her room and began stripping off her uniform. Going into her bathroom she fixed her hair and walked back into the room. Making her way over to her closet she picked out a small black dress that fell mid-thigh. She topped the outfit with black heels looking herself over in the mirror she thought she looked good. Closing her eyes and teleported herself to a Mexican restaurant she always went too when she used to live in New York. Walking towards the door she made her way inside and waited to be seated.

The hostess came over to her and took her over to a small table where she sat down. Lacy waited for the waitress to come over and take her drink order. “I would like a Pepsi please, and I will need just a few minutes to see what I would like.” The waitress nodded and went to get her Pepsi bringing it back to her. Lacy sipped on the drink and glanced around the room looking at all the people who were around the restaurant.


Lacy was just sitting there enjoying her Pepsi when the waitress came back over and she placed her order just getting a taco salad she wasn’t really hungry but she was hungry enough to eat. As the waitress walked away she noticed someone was looking at her and he seemed kind of angry, which she didn’t know why. She glanced down at her drink and frowned slightly she was secretly wishing that it had some alcohol in it but alas she was only 20 years old she couldn’t drink legally yet.

Lacy also noticed the man turning away instantly as soon as she looked him in the eyes, maybe she had scared him. She motioned for the waitress to come over to her and she did. “Can you tell that gentleman over there I would love for him to join me?” She glanced nervously at him hoping he didn’t think she was some sort of loser or something. The waitress nodded and walked over to Evan and politely spoke. “That girl over there would like you to join her.”
