I followed ever single step listed in didactic manuals; I sat up straight, i prayed to God
status__finished notes__it took foreverrr. sorryyy. :[
She smiled a bit, thinking over the whole scene. She liked this boy, he seemed very intrepid. He didn't seem to care what she thought of him of pegged him as. She liked that, it was refreshing to meet someone with a personality that wasn't planned out for them. However, at the same time, she couldn’t help wanting the boy to care what she thought of him. She wanted him to try to impress her or even just strive for her approval. There seemed to be so many girls that had boys just wrapped around their fingers and could toy with their emotions. Demo had never really been one of the girls that the boys walked around hoping to make an impression on, she was just one of those girls who was always there and a close, reliable friend; but she was never really valued as something more than average, more than who she pretended to be.
She didn’t expect this situation to be even the slightest bit different. She was more or less like a punching bag to most of her old guy friends, just the girl to push around and joke with. That scene was growing stale. While she was consumed with hopes that she could be something more than average, she escaped reality for a moment, and when she wound herself back in she was assaulted with a blow as to what was real. Imagining things differently wasn’t going to make them different, and she wasn't ready to give up this person she had became to change to make it that way. She wasn't about to change for anything, or anyone. Unless, of course, that person proved to be something larger than life, something to be fawn over, that perrson who was going to change it all. But, she knew better than anyone else that you can’t put all your hope into a solitary thing, because once you lost that person you’d be back to the drawing board. "Haha, true. It's not very funny.. It's actually rather sad. But, you see, you have to put yourself in my shoes. When you say it, after giving me a lesson in hair dye, it just makes me laugh." She explained, trying to look serious, but bursting out into a smile soon afterwards. It was a rather comical scene, even to her. She paused a bit, wiping the grin off of her face as best as she could and saying as seriously as possible, "Okay. I'm done. It's not funny.." She nodded a bit, but as soon as she saw the look on the male's face she burst out in a smile again, chuckling slightly, murmuring under her breath, "Dead people, dead people, dead people," In a failed desperate attempt to sober herself.
She sighed a bit, feeling very defeated. "I can't help it. Energy. And.. you just make me laugh! It's not the bunnies. Bunnies are cool... Not saying you aren't.. I just.. Yeah. This is where i stop ranting on like a moron." She gave a rather pitiful glance at the ground and blinked hard. She was a magnet or awkwardness, that was for sure. She cringed a bit when the boy said something about snails, "Ewww.." She whined a bit, sounding like a little kid trying to while her way out of eating her vegetables, "Well.. i guess snails are okay. Only cause I feel bad for them because people eat them. That would really suck to be eaten.." Wow. Thank you, Captain Obvious. It must not have been Demo's day, and the energy exploding within her was not helping her lack of people skills. She grinned a bit looking around for something to distract herself from the bubbling energy. Her grin almost exploded when she saw a pair of gloves laying on the ground. Why she would put random gloves on that she just so happened to have found, the world may never know. She was rather dissappointed after putting them on and realizing they were both for your left hand... strange, considering they were the exact same glove. She smiled a bit, moving her fingers around and making her hand look all demented. "Hehe.." She chuckled a bit, looking up at the boy for a moment with a childish grin of nothing but pleasure. Well, aside from the cloud of doubt and pain clouding her eyes.
She grinned as her eyes, glancing at a pre-teen boy who happened to walk by. Her grin expanded and she tapped him on the shoulder, wriggled her fingers inside the gloves. "Hey, whats wrong with my hands??" She asked, eagerly awaiting a response as he kept her hanging for a few moments, finally saying in a skeptical voice, '...Are you on crack?' Demo looked rather hurt for a moment, stepping back then returning to Ronnie and laughing a bit. "Just, uh, for future reference. I dont do crack." She paused a moment, before adding in a completely joking manner, "That is, unless you want to buy some..." She laughed a bit again and attempted to sober herself.
He attempted to deny the fact that he was checking out her lady parts she laughed a bit and said sarcastically, "Suuuureee, you weren't.." She grinned at him and at his obvious embarrassment she smiled softly, poked him in the arm and said softly, "Oh, I'm joking. Sorry." Her smile faded a bit as his offer and she shrugged half-heartedly, "Eh, you don't have to. I'm a big girl.. I think I can make it." She paused again, thinking about it. There was something inside her pushing her to ask this male to stay, "I mean.. Unless you want to, of course." She bit her lip; it wasn't even like it would really be rejection because she didn't bring it up, but it still felt like it. Even if he hadn't answered her yet. But, of course, a guy like him was probably taken... or queer. But, either way she thought he would prove to be a valuable friend. If he was at all interested...
