((Nice! Sorry I'm taking a long time again...))
Izar nodded and cocked his head to the side. Izar listened very interested. "Wow, loss of inheritance, that pretty much leaves one to feel abandoned." He looked interested, "She really grew up in the States? I wonder what it's like there. I've heard things have been bad there lately." He looked over at Masinori to see if he had any new information. He nodded, "She's such a good friend." He brushed his hair out of his eyes and looked up at Masinori a sly plotting smile on his face, "She just needs to have a little lesson of keeping to ones own life." He shrugged and smiled happily as if he was speaking of the weather. He didn't want to have to go downstairs, he wanted to just stay here with Masinori.
Izar nodded and then blinked slightly taken aback by the force in his word. He didn't know Masinori would have been so upset about the mention of another job. He nodded in understanding. He put his hands up in mock defense, "Alright, no second jobs." He turned away slightly, "I'm not quitting the guild. I'm not going to sit by while people are getting slaughtered." He said getting defensive. He shook his head , "I'm not going to rely on you, Masinori." He said his eyes serious and with a touch of stubbornness. He nodded and smiled, "That would be perfect. There are tons of little places with lodging above around the cities." He said smiling and slightly pretending that he hadn't almost gotten angry there.
He looked at Masinori after Henri left and joined him in renewed laughter. He put his hand over his mouth to help himself calm down. He watched the sylphs practically pouring into the room. They swirled around the room happy in the wind. they were laughing and rushing around like children. Izar blinked at Masinori's response. His eyes went wide for a moment then he closed them in the kiss. Izar smiled at being tipped back. He put his arms around Masinori and squeezed him for a moment before they headed down the stairs. The bandage was getting annoying. It was getting in the way and he kept thinking that it was an annoying piece of hair that just rested somewhere. He started for the steps and his trip prone feet decided not to work for him. He missed a step and nearly went sliding down. He caught himself with a current of air. He crossed his legs in mid air and let himself float down just a little ahead of Masinori. "I think I'll just do this from now on." He grinned.

Masi gave an impartial shrug, “She never knew they existed either, she was pleased to find Elae, she’s not close with her real family.” He frowned slightly. He knew all about why Odille had run away from home at a young age to drift around the world. It was because of a broken heart. “I’m told it’s ‘frightfully dull and full of cheeseburgers’. Yeah, it seems like it’s become a joke to the rest of the world. But then again, the rest of the world to me is limited to very few people‘s opinions…under a half dozen I’d say. I haven‘t exactly kept up with current world events…” He looked a little embarrassed. Until meeting Izar he’d been just sort of existing and forcing himself to ignore the things going on around him. They were too hard and too painful. Or well, Masinori was just too sensitive a person. But the more he did see the more he realized that something, however small, needed to be done. That every little bit mattered. He nodded, still uncertain of Izar’s plans but for once, not prying.
Masinori‘s eyebrows knit together sadly. The last thing he said made him feel smaller somehow, but he told himself to relax and take it all in stride. “Let me explain.“ He said softly. “It’s not that I’m trying to forbid you from doing it, I don’t have any right to do that, it’s just that it’s not necessary. I got overly excited because I hated working constantly at a dead end job and still having to fight to make ends meet. I’m just saying whatever you wanted to do, I want you to be happy and I’ll be there for you?” He said it like he was working out the best way to say it in his own head as he spoke, “But I don’t want you to have to over exert yourself for my sake.” He said more certainly. Then he couldn’t take it. “You don’t want to rely on me?” He asked, a little hurt. He remembered now why in the past he kept his mouth shut, gave excessive thought to the things he would say, and never acted on impulse. When you had outbursts like that it only lead to misunderstandings. He started getting paranoid, thinking he needed to censor himself, and maybe he was too comfortable around Izar, and if he didn’t want to rely on him…
“Wait, wait,” He put his hands up and then one to squeeze the bridge of his nose. “No, I get that. It was just me again, wanting you to feel like you could…rely on me. If you needed to…” He rubbed the back of his neck for a moment, then relaxed. Not totally true. Izar was a strong person, not someone who just sat back and let things happen. He had his own life and goals. Sometimes Masinori forgot that when he was with him and just saw the world like it was the two of them and that’s all that mattered. Most of him wanted it that way. Wanted it to be just them, and wanted Izar to rely on only him and also want it to be just them. But then the realistic part knew that they couldn’t possibly spend every waking second together and if he tried to make that happen he would be possessive, smothering, and overbearing, Izar wouldn’t be able to take it, and he’d leave him. Well maybe not leave him, but it would definitely be a problem. So it wasn’t totally true, but it would have to be, because he didn’t want Izar to ever leave him or become unhappy with him. He would have to do better.
The mood lightened a great deal after Henri barged in, and the two were joined in laughter. He kissed Izar, not ever wanting to be parted from him, but knowing it was necessary for a healthy relationship. He needed to function as a separate person as well as. Izar kissed him and squeezed him. Did he love him too much? Did it transcend love into something selfish and not as good? Still he couldn‘t help but feel insecure now, and wondered if he was moving too fast. He told himself to cool out, that he had plenty of time to think about it anyway. He wasn’t planning on proposing marriage to Izar until they were back in San anyway. He could test the waters so to speak in that time and see if it would be something Izar would want or if he would not want it quite yet. He was too melodramatic for his own good. Masinori put his hand out as Izar tripped, but he caught himself. “Show off.” Masi smiled warmly as he floated down.
He caught himself, you weren’t near enough to catch him and he could catch himself anyway. Something in his mind said. It was like two Masinori’s were arguing with each other. One was normal, sane, and reasonable, and the other was paranoid, melodramatic, and self depreciating. The first one told the second one to shut the hell up. “I’m going to have a cigarette real quick, I’ll be in in a second.” He announced and headed for the front door, pulling out a box and a lighter as he did. He needed a nicotine fix, but he also wanted to smoke it very quickly and get back inside and away from himself. When he started to question himself it was like a downward spiral that didn’t stop until he crashed into something. He never had any reason to stop before. But now he pulled and pulled on the breaks. Be sane, be normal, stop it Masi, breath.” He blew smoke out of his lips as he thought this and then took a deep breath.
He stamped out the cigarette and went inside for breakfast, pausing as he saw his reflection in a hanging mirror. He looked different. His hair was much tidier, his face looked brighter, and he was wearing a turquoise shirt. He didn’t normally wear such colorful things, mostly muted tones. He knew he could be better, he knew this was just the beginning. So he told himself again to be confident and to shut up and went to join the family for breakfast. “Masi!” Mrs. Dupont shouted and threw her arms around him for a moment. She gave him a quick startled squeeze, which he was very tense for, and then pulled away with a subtle wink that only he could see. He guessed that was his answer to last night’s question. At least that was out of the way. He gave a slight nervous smile. She fussed over him and helped him make a plate of way more food than he was ever used to eating. “What’s the verdict?” He whispered to Izar, “Beach?” He took a bite of the food, and took a double take at the heaping portion on his plate. He wanted to tell Mrs. Dupont that he was asian, there was practically no way she could fatten him up, this was just how his body was, but he just snorted a short quiet laugh instead.
((I'm making a new character with Nana Kitade as my model!! I wonder if I should because it doesn't seem like a lot of people are very active on here though o.O oh well she'll be totally sweet. OH! So I was reading over our last RP where Izar and Masi first kissed and I realized how different he is now than how I first planned him to be...but what can I say, Izar brings out the best in him XD...so I went back to that a little in this one. He's a little more dark and melodramatic (aka obnoxious) for a bit.))

((hmm... perhaps, theres always a chance that it'll come back. *shrug* lol Yay for Masi being emo! ^__^ )) He nodded solemnly, "that must have been hard." He had grown up fine without his mother but it couldn't be the same for everyone. Izar smiled and patted Masinori shoulder gently. "My dear Masinori will have to come out from under his rock." he teased. For a curious person who always bothered Izar when he was keeping secrets Masinori didn't know a lot about what was going on in the world. Izar was glad a little bit that he wasn't prying into his plan. It made him slightly sad too. He didn't know why, he had always liked his privacy but after he had met Masinori it had become a thing of the past. I could pretend to be stubborn about it but he would always tell Masinori, there was a trust there that he felt could never be broken. Izar nodded and shrugged at the same time. He half laughed trying to lighten the mood. "That is true all work is too much strain on the mind and body." He nodded understanding Masinori reasoning and agreeing with it. He was slightly ashamed he had even mentioned it in the first place. "I know," He said his voice soft. He looked up at his question and his eyes widened as if he realized what he had just said. "Oh, my god! Masinori! That's not what I meant!" He said quickly. His eyebrows moved on their own to a shocked position. The cut one hurt slightly as he did so but he ignored it. He could have slapped himself for that. Damn his tongue. He always seemed to say stupid things. He paused his explanation when Masinori held his hands up. He looked at him his silver eyes swirling with a mixture of thoughts. Izar shook his head and pulled Masinori into a hug. "It's not that I don't want to rely on you. I just want you to know you can rely on my too." He looked up into Masinori's eyes the fathomless blue pulling him in. "I don't want you to be afraid of saying what you think." He could see the self doubt in Masinori's face. Izar slowly let go and smiled trying to mend things before they broke. He didn't want to have to go downstairs He wanted to talk to Masinori which was something that he couldn't really accomplish with his family about. He could always do that when they were at the beach, while his family was in the waves. He smiled, it was almost as if Henri had planned it to make the mood lighter. He smiled into the kiss and when they broke apart was still smiling. Izar tripped on the steps and his heart skipped a terrifying beat. He just sighed when he caught himself. This was a normal occurrence, one should be worried when Izar didn't trip down stairs. He floated and smiled watching his head, the last thing he wanted was to hurt his head more. He grinned and stuck his tongue out. "It's what I do." He said shrugging mock arrogantly. Izar set himself down at the bottom of the stairs and then paused as Masinori said he was going to smoke. "Alright, hurry back." he said continuing into the kitchen. He sat down and ignored half of the food his mother gave him. Not matter how hard she tried he honestly couldn't eat more. "Sleep well?" His father asked raising an eyebrow. Did he suspect that they had done something? He nodded, "It felt good to be in my old room, though I was so tired I didn't have time to dwell on it." He smiled and put some food in his mouth to avoid answering more questions. His hair was still rumpled and he was still in his cloths from the previous day. "So you and Masinori gardened together?" He said wanting to know what he though. "Yes, he's very good and very kind." He said a sparkle in his eye when he said the last part. Izar shrugged it off and ate some more. "We're going to the beach, be careful not to get your hair wet." Henri said. "Thanks for the advice watermelon nose." He shot back smirking. A look from his father shot down that fight almost immediately. Masinori came back in and Izar blinked as his mother nearly tackled him. Fork still in mouth he gave Masinori a questioning look. She was kind and a little everywhere with her hospitality but that was slightly unusual. He smiled and chuckled slightly at Masinori's look at the food. Izar nodded, "Unfortunately." He smiled at the food, she'd practically piled the plate with everything she possibly could. "Just eat what you can, you'll never convince her you're never going to be able to eat that much." He whispered back. He smiled hearing his mother mutter something about thin as skeletons. He finished half of his food and just stop eating though he kept his fork in hand like he was considering eating it. "You know that's why you're so short." His mother said from across the table. "Eat, don't you like it?" She said her eyes getting big and watery. "Delicious," Izar answered taking another small bite just to humor her.

“Ah, my rock is nice and dark though.” He joked. “It’s true, I heard someone say once they ‘spent the first twenty some odd years ruining their life and the rest trying to repair the damage‘. I did it to myself, and now I am going to become overwhelmed again, the reason I crawled into my shell to begin with. The world is a crazy place. I only hope I am older and wiser and able to handle it like an adult now instead of a frightened child. I am no good otherwise, you know? What good is a person if their part in the world is only to exist and not make any impact whatsoever? Even a small one. I plan on trying harder and not running away anymore. Muzukashii. Demo…ganbarimasu!” (It is difficult. But…I will do my best!)
Masinori’s eyes widened at Izar’s sudden quick burst. “Ne?” He said quirking a brow. “Umph.” Izar grabbed him and hugged him. “It’s not that I don’t want to rely on you. I just want you to know you can rely on me too.” He looked into Masi’s eyes, which were now very wide. He blinked several times before tears could form, as they just started to sting. “I…Iz…” He started. His heart rate picked up a little. It was like he pulled the rug out from under his feet. He didn’t expect something like that. I mean, he knew he could count on Izar, but it was just the way he said it. He never thought of it that way. There were times when they could communicate with their eyes, as though they could read each other’s minds, and then there were times where they’d totally misconstrue what the other was trying to say. Masinori was pleasantly taken aback and his heart was warm with what Izar had said.
Alas, they had to go downstairs. It was painful, he wanted to kiss him again and thank him for what he said, but this was part of the normal functioning person bit. He went outside for a cigarette to clear his thoughts. He’d never relied on anyone but himself. He walked back into the kitchen just as Izar called his brother ‘watermelon nose’ but his laughter was stifled by his mother’s hug. He wanted to put his finger to his lips as if to quiet her from spilling his secret, but maybe she always behaved excitable like this and Izar wouldn’t notice. He nodded at Izar, they were going to the beach. He didn’t like the beach much either. It had it’s good and bad points he guessed. He smirked and started eating some of the pile. He was in fact, thin as a skeleton, but it couldn’t be helped. He almost spit out a big bite at the scene that passed between Izar and his mother. Nope, he’s so short because he is genetically required to be the most adorable thing ever. He thought.
“You said it’s quite far…are you coming in the car…or?” He started curiously. He didn’t want him to have to be cooped up in a car for an hour, but he also would miss him if he flew. He could probably ask to fly with him, but then he’d feel like he was being a burden, as it was quite a long time to be holding someone else up other than himself. It was kind of funny that a relaxing and delightful trip to the beach for most was kind of an ordeal for Izar. Not that it was a bad thing, he just sort of sympathized with Izar for having to deal with something that pained him. He hated seeing him in any kind of peril, however small. He remembered the time he put his sunglasses on him when he was squinting at the sunset, and smiled to himself thinking how he looked in his oversized sunglasses, posing like a model. Masinori ate quite a bit more than his stomach could hold and finally gave up and set his fork down. “Thank you for breakfast Mrs. Dupont, it was wonderful.” He smiled and bowed as he sat.

((I'm watching Miyavi's Aho Matsuri and I keep dieing I absolutely love the way he dances! ^__^ XDXD))
Izar patted his shoulder, "I know, love, you just need to let go." He teased. Izar smiled, "Yes, but you won't have to do it alone." He put his arms around his shoulders, "Now when you get scared and want to go back to your rock I'll be there." He hugged him tightly, "You'll have no problems, I believe in you." He knew Masinori had been so withdrawn from the world it would be quite a shock to know what has been going on in the time you ignored the world. He grinned releasing him but not taking his arms from his shoulders. He wanted to be there for Masinori not only when he needed him but all the time. He bent his head and kissed Masinori's neck gently.
He was horrified with himself when he recalled what he had said. He just held tightly to Masinori looking up into his eyes. His heart was having halting beats of nervousness afraid he had hurt Masinori badly. When he looked him in the eyes he could see the moisture he was blinking away. He smiled and buried his face in Masinori's chest. He felt at peace again glad to have resolved an almost conflict. He smiled and squeezed Masinori. Izar released him and went down the stairs. He proceeded to the kitchen while Masinori went to smoke. Izar didn't much think smoking was a good habit but he didn't comment. He sat down and ate slowly and evenly.
Izar smiled when he came in and then even though it seemed odd to him he was glad his mother greeted him so. She was trying to make him feel like part of the family. He grinned as he sat down next to him. Izar smiled at his mother as she lectured him again. "Mom, I really love it that you are worried about me, but I think I know how to take care of myself." She snorted and shook her head, "Izar, from what I can tell you aren't taking care of yourself. Eat." She ordered again. Izar ducked his head and his face reddened. He didn't miss Masinori trying not to laugh. He elbowed his softly. He didn't take another bite and just sat there. His mother gave him a disapproving look. "Thanks for breakfast, Mom." He smiled, she always had that effect on him. He was always humbled in her presence.
Izar shook his head, "Sorry, Masinori," He said. Truly he was but he didn't want to deal with cars again for the rest of his time here. "I'll only be a thousand or so feet above you." He grinned jokingly. He didn't like the beach and if he was going he was flying. Izar smiled, the way Masinori thanked her ensured she wouldn't think that he didn't like it. Izar grinned and pointed at Henri, "I did dishes last night." He declared, "You're turn." He looked down at himself a sighed, "I still need to change," he whispered to Masinori. He looked over at Henri who grumbling stood to do the dishes. He chewed his lip ring not wanting to leave Masinori but beginning to feel grimy. "Be back in .02 seconds." He grinned and slipped out of the room. He flew literally up the stairs and slipped out of his shirt and changed it into a black tank top and slipped into a fresh pain of undergarments and jean shorts. He slipped back into his seat next to Masinori having not taken a long time.

It was amusing watching the two of them go at it, and strange too. “It’s cool.” Masinori said at the expected response, trying to be compliant. At least he’d get to do something he enjoyed before he had to do something he definitely wouldn’t. Masinori kept an impassive face, but inwardly cheered at Henri having to do the dishes. He felt like a little kid in school getting even at a bully. “I still need to change.” Izar whispered and left after promising to hurry back. Masinori cleared his plate when he was finished eating and handed it to Henri somehow managing to do so without looking at him. Everyone else looked ready to go swimming in the ocean, but Masi, clad in a t shirt and jeans, would not be swimming. It kind of worked out to his advantage that he had a boyfriend who was terrified of water. It was a good excuse to not have to get all grimy in the sea. Izar soon was back in the chair next to him and everyone was ready to file out into the car. Masinori dragged himself out to the car , helping the family carry various articles like chairs and towels. When it was time to head out he stood beside beside the door to say goodbye to Izar. “See you soon.” He said and kissed his cheek before jumping in. He stared at the back of Mr. Dupont’s seat for a few moments. The silence was broken by Mrs. Dupont’s enthusiastic voice, “Oh Masi, Jean told me all about your little talk last night!” She said, clasping her hands together. Masinori blushed furiously and smiled, “So that’s a yes then?” He asked unnecessarily. “Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.” He bowed from behind them as they drove. “Yes to what?” Henri asked brusquely. “Don‘t worry about it.” Mr. Dupont said, trying to sound pleased, but sounding just mildly tense. He couldn’t blame him for still trying to accept the situation. Henri shook it off and looked out the window. Masinori was just relieved that he didn’t have to worry about him tattling. Since the drive was pretty long, he decided to use the time to dreamwalk, and this way he could not think about Izar for a little while. He put his sunglasses on, they were big and square, turquoise to match his shirt, with little rhinestones on the rim. He leaned back and closed his eyes and reached out with his mind, searching for someplace familiar. The car and it’s conversation drifted away and he found himself in a forest, no not just a forest, he was amongst rows of sakura. He’d always taken Izar to places like this. So much for forgetting him for a while… He thought to himself as he glanced around. The sound of a little girl laughing echoed through the dream world. He looked around and tried to locate it, but didn’t see any signs of another person. He started to walk. It was very peaceful here, but unsettlingly so. He heard the laughter again and looked every which way, then down at himself. “That’s strange…” He said aloud as he saw his clothing had changed. He was wearing a black wool trench coat, striped bondage pants, and black boots. His hair was long again, with chunky wine red streaks. It had been a long time since his hair was that color. He had tried to kill himself once when his hair was that color. “Masinori~” A childlike girl’s voice cooed. He gasped, “Who’s there?”
Someone knew he was there, was watching him… had drawn him into their world? This has never happened before… He thought. “Shikata ga nai!” Said a hauntingly familiar voice. She could hear his thoughts too? Masinori did not like this. When people became aware of his presence in their dream, it wasn’t always bad, but when they realized they had a certain amount of control over him…that was another story. “Isae-chan.” He said, using the girl’s last name and letting her know that he knew who she was and where he was. The response he was given was another giggle. He stood still, arms at his sides, ready for her to appear. It was quiet. Then suddenly in front of him, way, way ahead, a figure in a long sweeping white gown could be seen approaching. Her hair flowed all around her, as did the dress, her face couldn’t even be made out because of the distance.
He watched her as she came towards him, and when the figure completely vanished his eyes widened and he gasped a little again. “Masinori.” She said, her lips almost touching his ear. He turned around and no one was there. He turned back and there she was, hands folded in front, then up to cover her mouth as she giggled again. Masinori knew he should get out of there now. “I don’t think I’d like that.” Orihime said. “No, I think I’d like you to stay here for a while, Masinori.” “Stop calling me Masinori!” He shouted finally, for the most part Izar was the only one who called him by his full name. “Ooooh, you’re so much more fun when you say it with feeling.” She said and lunged towards him. He jumped out of the way and she vanished again, the sound of her giggling echoing through the trees. And then he was pinned against a tree. Orihime was standing there with both hands on his arms, restraining him. This was bad. As long as someone was restraining him in dreamtime in some way, he could not leave their world. Did she know that? “Now I do, lovey.” She grinned in his face vindictively.
“What do you want? I’m busy.” He said impassively, like he didn’t care that she was holding him captive. “Oh, Masi, you’re always too busy to play with me, it makes me so very sad. But since you asked, I think I want a kiss!” She smiled again and Masinori found that his arms were being restrained by what looked like tree branches or roots, and Orihime’s hands were on his chest. She leaned in to kiss him and he winced, turning his head to the side. “How rude.” She said angrily instead of kissing him, and put her forearm over his throat. He choked a little and looked at her with rage in his eyes, trying to say something. “What’s that?” She said, and pulled her arm away. “White isn’t your color.” He said calmly, and exercising the power he had, suddenly made it so Orihime Isae was wearing black flowing clothing instead of white. “Oh you’re right, you know me so well.” She smiled. An alarm clock started to go off suddenly, and she pouted as the restraints were removed abruptly. It must’ve thrown off her concentration. As soon as they were removed Masinori prepared himself to depart. “Until next time.” She sighed, knowing it was inevitable. He came out of it, seeming to “wake” with a start, sitting up and gasping for air. The car had stopped and Izar was standing over him now. “Shit.” He said suddenly, taking off his sunglasses and putting his hand to his forehead. Not even noticing whether or not his parents were around and he’d just cursed in front of them. “How long have we been here?” He asked. ((Did I mention my new character's goal is to make Masinori's life a living hell?))

((XDXD I <3 Miyavi. He makes me crack up so much!! That is cool!!!Go Hyde!!))
Izar smiled that Masinori understood. He wanted to hug him but it would have been awkward at the table. He escaped up the stairs changing quickly. He felt better and more comfortable. He didn't know how Masinori felt about the beach but he didn't want to hold him back if he wanted to swim. He barely sat down when the family was on the move again. He stood and helped take things and put them in the car. He felt bad making Masinori stay in the car while he flew but he didn't know if he could lift him all that way. He waved at his parents and made a face at Henri. He watched the car from the safety of the doorway. He walked to meet Masinori and bid him farewell.
Izar smiled and hugged him for a moment, "See you," he said brightly and watched him get in the car. He stood at the door until the car drove away. He made his way back into the house, he locked the door. He went into the bathroom and cocked his head. He brought out his blue dye and quickly dyed his hair. The light blue was complimented by the silver in his eyes. He smiled and let a few sylphs land on his hand. They were smiling and giggling. He didn't have to leave right away, since he didn't have to worry about the road and traffic. He laughed to himself. He stood on the window sill and rocked back and forth for a moment. He let his wings out. The tank top he was wearing had a low back to allow room for his wings.
He leapt out the window beating his wings strongly to gain height. He smiled and as he soared he looked for the car. He spotted it just ahead of him on the road. He dared not go lower. He blinked as a strong gust of wind knocked him sideways. He folded his wings and let himself glide for a moment and regain control. He looked in the horizon and frowned. Clouds lined the sky gradually getting darker. There was a storm coming. He measured the speed of the wind. It wouldn't be at the beach for a good few hours. He paused and set his own power against it. It slowed down significantly. Satisfied he continued. He landed on a roof top nearby and slid down to th ground before taking his wings back in.
He walked out and waited for the car. He perched himself on a bench and when the car drove up he leapt to his feet. He walked toward it still keeping his distance until it was completely turned off. He smiled seeing Masinori in his giant sunglasses. He opened the door but Masinori didn't move. He blinked worried. He took off his sunglasses. His eyes were closed. He shook him slightly, "Masinori?" He said wondering if he had fallen asleep. "What happened?" He asked glaring at Henri immediately blaming him. "How should I know!?" Henri snapped. "He was fine I though he just dozed off," his mother said coming over. He brushed a lock of Masinori's hair out of his face, "Masinori, wake up, please." He said softly his heart skipping a few beats.
He closed his eyes for a moment suppressing tears. His heart rate began to increase. What happened? Was he sick? His mind immediately started coming up with the worse case scenarios. He blinked as he heard a rapid intake of breath. Masinori sat up and cursed. Izar smiled and hugged him tightly. Izar smiled, "Not too long, what happened? I was so worried!" He sighed with relief. He urged his heart to slow. It was racing and he could practically hear it in his ears. He was curious though, what had happened? "Are you alright? Do you need anything?" He asked, he had some pills for headaches but he wasn't sure that that would help in this situation.
((O.O I think you failed to mention that!))

As soon as he came to he was pulled tightly into Izar’s arms. He was happy to see him there already so he hugged back. When he pulled away he half thought he was still dreaming, but then he realized Izar had just dyed his hair. How did he have time to do that? “I’m sorry, I was dreamwalking. I didn’t mean to frighten you, but I was a little late in returning…” He trailed off not wanting to startle anyone. Izar sighed and Masinori had to quirk a brow at him, he was really scared? “I didn’t mean to frighten you.” He said again quietly, looking into Izar’s eyes and touching his hand. “I’m fine, ready for a fun day at the beach.” He smirked and replaced his sunglasses. He stood up and went to help unload the trunk. Herni in particular looked at him with a peculiar glance. He wasn’t sure if he knew he was Tainted as well, but imagined it was just getting weirder and weirder for him. He laughed out loud to himself thinking of Izar’s nickname for him, “watermelon nose.”
They set out a couple of chairs and his family was immediately ready to go in the water. They of course tried to urge the two of them to join them in the waves, but both declined. The beach wasn’t terribly crowded or loud, so that was nice. The only bad part really was the wind and the sunlight. Masinori put his hand to his forehead and squinted towards the sun, scrunching up his face distastefully. He reflected back to the dream nervously. If there was one thing he hated, it was being controlled in someone else’s dream. There were still things he didn’t fully understand about his power, he didn’t know how she’d managed to make that happen, but he didn’t like that she knew she could do it…and could control his actions to a certain extent. What was she after? He mulled over it before mentioning anything to Izar, not wanting to alarm him. Maybe she was just being a pain in the ass and it was nothing to entertain.
He shifted his weight, they were standing next to the chairs, he had one hand leaning on one of the backs for support. “What do you want to do now that we’re here?” He asked Izar, looking out at the water and wondering if even being this close bothered him. “Your hair looks great.” He said, turning his face to look at him. His eyes widened a little as he looked into Izar’s eyes. It really brought them out and caught him off guard. He ran his hand down his cheek. “I just wanted something to divert my attention away from thinking of you, that’s why I did it.” He said, referring to practicing his ability on the car ride. He really wasn’t sure how long they’d been trying to wake him up, or just how worried he’d made them. He thought about the “dream”. What bothered him the most was, “I almost kissed someone else.” He said, his brows furrowed together harshly and he looked off again, then turned back, not wanting Izar to misunderstand, “Oh! I’m sorry, that came out awkwardly…I…I don’t want you to worry. There’s just this girl.” It was coming out worse and worse until that point, “Well, somehow I wound up in her dream and she realized she could trap me there and was trying to take advantage of the situation. Fortunately her alarm clock went off and broke her concentration.”
He pursed his lips, “I think she has some kind of grudge against me because I wouldn’t date her, and was just trying to anger me.” He blushed, hoping he didn’t come off as arrogant by seeming to assume she was romantically interested in him. It wasn’t really an assumption. He shifted his weight again and looked from Izar to the sky, hoping he wasn’t mad, or thought that he was going to cheat on him. He realized he’d probably have to tell him the entire dream in detail, which was fine with him. There was nothing he wanted to hold back from Izar. He’d tell him about Orihime Isae as well. “You aren’t mad at me are you?” He asked nervously. He was mad at himself for even going into dreamtime in the first place, he should’ve just sucked it up and stayed awake. And he was mad at the idea of even kissing someone else. The idea of it repulsed him, and he couldn’t even imagine how the idea of Izar being with someone else would make him feel.
((Haha, well now you know ^.^ just another card to pull out of the ol' conflict bag when needed.))

((Whoohoo conflict bag! XD lol))
Izar sat back and breathed a giant sigh of relief. "So you were just practicing?" He asked cocking his head to one side. Izar smiled, "I know, love." He said and faked a blow at him. He winked and then made a disgusted noise. "Yeah fun and sand and... yeah, you get the point." He smiled. He would forever be amazed at the sand's ability to get everywhere irregardless of what happened. He looked up and tested the air for a moment. It was going much slower lower to the ground and his own wind fighting against the clouds wouldn't hold forever. He shrugged it off and helped carry things. He got wary the closer they made it to the water's edge. He wondered where Masinori had gone. That must be nice. To be able to go anywhere and never have to leave your seat. But then again, traveling to experience something yourself was filled with so much more meaning.
He flopped in a chair and scowled at his family as they ran into the waves. The sun felt warm and pleasant, however, and lightened his mood. He smiled up at it for a moment. The sky, for now, was cool and blue. He toyed a little with the sand making it fly up in a circular motion. He realized what he was doing and stopped getting to his feet again. He watched the water and felt sick as he did so. The place was calm and not overly invaded by little children. He smiled as a group ran past throwing sand up as they went. He closed his eyes but the noise and the smell even made him uneasy. Izar leaned against Masinori for a moment just to be bothersome. And get his mind off of the waves.
He opened his eyes slightly and shrugged. This was a pretty undisturbed beach as far as tourist developments go. He shook his head to get himself to be focused. He smiled, "Thanks." He ran a hand though it at the mention. He smiled when Masinori touched him he couldn't possibly do anything else. "Let's walk," Izar said brightly making his path away for the water. He looked back at Masinori for a moment after he explained about his dreamwalking. Izar smiled, "It's alright, I get it." He smiled and looked over at a sylph pulling on his hair. He blinked and whirled, startled. "What?" He asked stunned like he hadn't heard him correctly. His mind spun, he was jumping to conclusions now. He shook his head blinking trying to clear his mind. Izar raised an eyebrow, "You think?" He said mercilessly sarcastic. Izar bit his lip and chewed on his lip ring thinking. He nodded, "So she trapped you?"
He held up a hand for a moment pinching the bridge of his nose. He looked up, "Alright, let me get this straight. Someone who had a crush on you in the past pulled you into her dream. She trapped you and tried to kiss you?" He nodded to himself. "Normally that would sound absurd but then again this day and age isn't exactly normal." He smiled indicating the tainted. Izar smiled brightly trying to keep a calm and positive mind. "No, cause I trust you, Masinori. And plus it must be difficult for such a handsome man like you not to be liked by everyone." He winked and grinned teasingly. It was slightly unsettling that there was someone out there who wanted Masinori. He pushed it out of his mind. "You didn't actually kiss her did you?" He asked half joking half suspicious.

Masinori rubbed Izar’s shoulder, “I’ll do my best to make sure you have a good time regardless.” He said. That was the thing about his ability, mostly it was inconvenient. People slept at night, so if he wanted to use it, he had to do so at night. It didn’t give him real rest, so he had to get a lot of sleep during the day when most normal people were functioning. It was cool that he could use it to escape, like he’d just done, but if he could have any power, it would’ve surely been Izar’s, or at least Avism. Then he could go wherever he wanted, when he wanted. He could stay high above the rest of the world in the clouds, under the moonlight, or during the day. He’d dreamt of flying ever since he was little, and never imagined that there really were people who could do it. When he found out, after he’d discovered his dreamwalking ability, he’d been very bitter. But that wasn’t anything very new, since he had been bitter about a lot for so long. Izar was lucky, but for whatever reason, he had no ill feelings towards him for having the ability to fly. He wasn’t sure he was capable of ill feelings towards Izar Draquia.
Izar sat in one of the chairs and made a distasteful face at the water. Masinori kept trying to distract him with conversation. He stood up and leaned on him, but of course he didn’t mind. “Thanks.” Izar said as he complimented his hair. They decided to walk, away from the ocean, which worked for Masi. Izar just shrugged off his further explanation as to why he’d been dreamwalking, until he began to tell him about the content of the dream he’d entered. He was stunned and caught off guard. Masinori realized he hadn’t been very tactful in bringing it up. It was part of the Neo Masi way of being. He was impulsive, said what came to his mind immediately at times, and well, several other differences. He frowned at Izar’s sarcasm.
“Well yes.” He thought about it. It was really strange that she knew she could trap him there. Somehow she seemed to know even before she read it in his thoughts. “If someone is aware of my presence and restrains me in their dream in any way, I cannot leave. She could hear my thoughts, but I swear she’d already known…” He bit his thumb nail and tried to work it out. “It still is a bit absurd that someone would be pathetic and desperate enough to do that.” He said meanly, obviously he didn’t like Orihime much. Masinori scoffed when Izar said, “It must be difficult for such a handsome man like you not to be liked by everyone.” “Nani!” He shouted, “You just said you trusted me! Of course I didn’t, I turned my face away and she stopped. I would’ve thrown up, I would’ve…” He stopped and calmed himself down, he felt sick just thinking about it. Izar was all he wanted and needed.
“No but maybe you‘re right to worry,“ He said wide eyed, “Orihime Isae is a Hypnokinetic, but she can make people do things by hypnotic suggestion. That’s probably how she could hear my thoughts in her dream. Both of our abilities are sort of introverted, you know?” He groaned. It was kind of frightening to think about, “On the few occasions that I’ve encountered her, she never made me do anything like that against my will even though she definitely implied that she was interested in me. I hope that she doesn’t use her ability that way. But it doesn’t make sense. She knows I’m with someone, I haven’t heard from her in months. Why did she bother me now?” He paused. “Look, I can’t even think of the possibility of being romantic with another person let alone act on that kind of thought. If she did try to use her ability to sway my mind, my love and my loyalty to you would overcome her.” He had stopped walking and grabbed Izar’s forearm. He faced him now, “Or I’d have to do something drastic like cut my tongue out.” He joked.
“Lately I feel like a little spider who built a strong and elaborate web around itself, only to get it’s foot caught. And then in it’s attempt to break free, became tangled. Now I keep saying that I can untangle myself, I built it after all, but what if I’m trapped? And all the bigger spiders are coming out to eat me up?” His face looked harsh and frantic, he let out a sigh and put his head to Izar’s so that his face was in his hair. “If that’s the case, I wont lie back and be eaten. I’m going to find a way out. If my choices before knowing you have endangered you now that I have you…” He trailed off and looked into his eyes. He didn’t want to think about it anymore. He wanted to pretend he wasn’t in Calliga, pretend Orihime didn’t exist, pretend everything was ok, and maybe no one would notice and he could get on with his life. Maybe it was possible? But something in him told him that it wasn’t over. And he was going to be prepared for whatever came his way.
((I'm super sleepy so I don't know how coherant this is >.<))
