Temporal Stasis _ The ability to freeze or stop time for other people. If scared or shocked everything around the person freezes in time while the person does not (as with any ability it reacts to emotion). Kat is able to freeze time for 30-45 minutes, which is actually pretty good. But she aims and hopes to be able to control her power a bit more, since she gets shocked and scared easily.
Beliefs:
If Science cannot prove it, it is quite impossible. Not quite, it is! Sure, Tainted and Untainted can be explained by Science. Humans being able to fly is quite possible now that the Tainted are about, but it still does not mean “God” exists! For if he did, why has he yet to reveal himself!? What is the point of spending and pouring energy into this mythical being!?!

I mean, we can use that energy to help society! And Priests, what do they know!? They know, zilch! Doctors, Teachers, Professors, Scientists know things! Not Priests!!! And sure they know things, things about this “God”. But what proof is there to prove there is such a being?

Hazel-Blue Eyes. Her eyes seen to be a a gem when she is happy, but when she is a sad...they loose their sparkle. Which is normally how her sisters know when she is happy or sad. But at times, they are just simply dull because she did not get enough sleep.

Light chocolate brown straight hair is what Kat's natural hair is, but at times she'll have curly hair, wavy, etc. But she doesn't spend a lot of time on her appearance. But rather her studys.

Kat wears and has worn glasses since… Elementary School, it all came down to the fact that she even read after lights out!!! Her eyes got worse over the years, since she kept on doing it! Her parents disliked it, since it was ruining her eye sight. But now a days she wears contacts. Though sometimes she can be seen with glasses on. She also has her ears pierced.
Other:
Kat always carries around a pen or pencil and a notebook. She always also seems to be jotting down notes whenever she finds things interesting. She also always wears a simply silver chain that has a heart that is a locket. There is no picture in it, but she always wears it since it was given her on her thirteenth birthday. The style that Kat is, really unknown. Because at times it can be girly, sometimes sporty. She just doesn't really have a certain style.

She is scared of betrayal and also she doesn’t know how to flirt or talk with guys… Period. In which triggers her power, and it also allows her to…RUN!!! Which is why, she is actually very good at sports and which is why she is sooooo skinny.

If she doesn't run away, which is rare, she'll twiddle her thumbs and stammer. Or she'd find away to lag and take her sweet ol' time. But also happens when she gets nervous.
Possessions/Obsessions/Other:
Whenever she's sad, mad, or PMSing she just pigs out on Strawberry Cheese Cake Ice Cream and Chocolates. She'll just pig out, because she finds the sweets as comfort objects.

Whenever she finds a lost animal, she'll always take it home or to her work and help the poor creature. And it isn't just because it is her job to help animals but because it hurts her a lot to see a creature just left like that.

History:
Kataliena Seraphina Nights had a normal life with normal siblings, until Kataliena was 16 ½ . Kataliena accidentally froze time, because a friend of hers, a guy to be exact, appeared behind and scared her half to death. This happened a few more times repeatedly, till she thought it was NOT just her “imagination”. Lina finally got the nerve to speak about it with her parents and they finally explained the world about the Tainted. Kataliena had heard about the Tainted and Untainted but never ever had thought it was possible. But her perspective on life did not really change, just the fact that she was a Tainted.

Kataliena told no one about her powers, not even her sisters, but toward the end she finally admitted that she was a Tainted when Ruby received her powers. The two began to train together and Kataliena actually was rather glad about that. And as the years went on each Nights sister received their powers and each sibling got stronger with whatever power they had. Even though Kataliena was the eldest, she still had a few problems with her power. Since it reacted to her emotions, Kataliena basically used her power every other day. And because of that, Kataliena tries her best to not become scared of guys; though to this day Kataliena is very scared, because she is scared of rejection.

After Kataliena graduated from Sanglignée School, she immediately went to study abroad in North America, the States to be exact. She went all the way to the East Coast and the state was New York. She wanted to study Veterinary and so she went to one of the better known places that had a brilliant Veterinary classes, Cornell University. She studied for four years and has earned her Bachelor's Degree. She studied Veterinary Science, Art, and Music while she was at Cornell.

And now, Kataliena is back over here in Sanglignée, France a graduate of Cornell University, which is actually a very prestige school, in fact it is an Ivy League. She currently is a Vet in San and hopes to earn enough money to go back to Cornell to get her Master’s Degree. And the only thing that has changed for her siblings is that Vicereine Nights got kicked out because she was dating a 30 year old man, which Lina actually approves of because he seems to be alright and a good guy. Someone who would not hurt Vicky.

And so, currently Kataliena Seraphina Nights is pursuing her dreams of being a Vet and she is also hoping to make enough money to go back to the States to go to Graduate school, which would be Cornell.

As Stephan set foot on the grounds of Beauxbaton Academy the first word that came to his mind was home. Because of the long trip they arrived at almost night, the sky was getting dark but because there were still some rays of sun he could have a perfect view of the giant castle that would very soon be his home, he wouldn’t be going back to his real home for a long time now, so it was best to get accustomed to the people and the places that contained the castle. The grounds seemed to be endless and the trees were thousands that filled his view, the castle had many towers from his point of view he could only see two of them, he was sure he would have Divination in one of them, towers attracted him, he liked being high in the sky, it made him feel free like a hippogriff.

He started walking towards the castle with his backpack on his shoulders, the air was starting to get thick with fog making it difficult to see. The fog popped out of nowhere, one minute everything was clear and perfect and on the second everything was blurry; weird thing. Maybe it was very hot today and now the cold night air just entered in conflict with it, thought Stephan, as he kept walking to where he supposed was the castle(he could still see the top of the towers) he tripped over a little stone but luckily he did not fall, instead his bag fell and a few books fell out. He bent down and picked them up, it was useless to put them back in the bag because they’d just fall out again so he held them in one hand while the other held the bag across his shoulder.

Once he reached the top stair that led to the entrance hall he stopped and stared at his right, for an unknown reason something told him to go there almost like an unknown force was pushing him to that place. Ignoring the fact that it was very late and that the grounds were unknown to him, he ventured off trying to find the source of all the commotion in his body. The ground was very uneven and it felt hard beneath his footsteps, he looked at the ground each time he took a step for he did not want to fall again, little pebbles were spread across the ground and he kicked some around just to have something to do.

Even though it was very foggy Stephan could see a bright white patch on the ground, it was just a couple of feet in front of him, he took bigger steps in hopes of getting there faster, his heart beat had quickened and so had his breathing once he had reached the white patch he realized they were just simple lilies, just white lilies. He stretched his hand to touch it and light engulfed his face. ||There was a little girl and a little boy playing together. The boy ran and pulled a white lily from the ground and handed it to the girl which he was playing with. She stood up and pecked his cheek. They held hands. In an instant everything was burning red and the bodies lay on the floor. Heartless.||

Stephan fell to the floor panting, his eyes wide open in terror and his mind racing without any idea of what that could have been; past or future. How could someone want to hurt such inoffensive creatures, pure in thoughts and benefic in hearts? The lily he had been holding when the vision assaulted his mind now lay dead in his hand, crushed by the obvious fear that had consumed him. Dropping it to his side he got up and grabbed his bag, still panting he stopped and stare at the star filled sky, how long had he been trapped in that vision? His knees were shaking and he needed to sit.

Opting to sit for a while he leaned against a giant rock that was close to him and stared at the bright sky. The stars were immense and it was impossible to count them, fascinated by the beautiful sky he stared without perspective of what he was going to do next, he was tired and couldn’t really move a finger. He stared at the many constellations in the sky, trying to guess which one was which, he’d never been very good at doing that but he knew some such as the constellation of Cancer, Libra, Aries and Capricorn; they were the smallest, that’s how he managed to remember them.

it's the similarity between the character's name and model's name that's the issue. It's listed pretty clearly in the rules that we want everyone to be creative when it comes to character creation, which extends to using completely original names.

totally fine, either way. We just have to be consistant with what we're allowing. We've made others change their names for the same reason (or the models, if they chose), and it wouldn't be fair if we allowed it in this case. Though I do understand now that this is a character being based off of someone else's. I didn't know that before, hadn't read through the app as carefully as Kit has since she's the one approving it.
