Setting: I am making this on the 27th or Feb.
Tag: CLOSED to my wonderful brother Angelo.
After pacing through the living room for the last half hour, Adelina had finally decided. There was no way in hell she was going to that engagement party tomorrow. Who cares if Dean wanted her to go. Who cares if he would be alone... stood up. She had stood up boys before, and he was just that. a boy who followed orders, and someone was killed. She still couldn't believe he would even DO that. How could he just blindly follow what someone told him to do... not even question it. His boss probably didn't even care that a man was dead. He was probably glad of it. There was no way she should be running around with a man of his character. If she could even call him a man. Honestly. If he couldn't think for himself there was no way she should be even talking to him. All he was, was a stupid boy. Stupid, stupid boy. If he wanted to be with her, then he should have thought about that before he killed someone... on Valentine's day! And then to go afterwards and have a date with her. This was absolutely absurd. There was no way he was right for her, no way at all. She would just simply stop talking to him. He didn't need her, he was out for blood. She didn't want to get hurt in the wake of his destruction... no. There was no way she would go near him again.
She could do that though. As much as she wanted to... she cared about that stupid, stupid boy. Why did she have to go and get so fucking attached. If she didn't go he would be there alone. It would be because of her. Just because he was a bad person didn't mean she had to stoop to his level. She could call and cancel! Then, she wouldn't be a bad person, she would just have to find some sort of excuse. Right... excuse. Alessana needs some help with her make-up. Or... a date. Anything. Clothes? No, even if he didn't know her at all, Alessana is the type of name to be a frump. No one would believe that an Alessana could get date. Angelo? Would he help her out of this dilemma? He was always the reasonable one though. He would tell her that she should go, cause she already accepted. Wait, he hates all the guys that she dates. he would help her out. He would tell her, not to go... not to ever call... not to ever see this Dean again. Ever. Now run along and go play with your make-up. Well... if he wasn't condescending... Heh.
She needed advice and there was no one to help her. No third party unbiased... anyone. Walking over to the couch, Adelina threw herself on it with an over dramatized sigh. She had to reason with herself. She was a good girl... a future dancer, she couldn't deal with this type of drama in her life. It would be good for press, but would she use someone in order just to try and jumpstart a career. It wouldn't work anyway. Having the man you care about in jail won't get anyone to look at you. So that was it. She wouldn't go to the party after all. She would simply call him and tell him that she had changed her mind. He was a lying git and she didn't want to deal with his nasty ways. Could she really do it though? Could she really call the man, who just two weeks ago, had spent hours with her out by the sea. He wasn't nearly into it as much as her. She wasn't sure just how much... but he had gone there because she had wanted to. Could she really just give up the memory of that night so quickly. She guessed she would have to.
