Make sure to read the last two paragraphs because they tell you all about the setting, where everything is located, the layout etc. The first couple paragraphs are more of just my ramblings lol.

Everything was planned, rehearsed, memorized and such forth as to pull everything off just perfectly. Amber had no intention of turning into miss busybody over night, and had gone through the trouble of hiring one of the best wedding planners in Paris, just in order to help get everything ready for the evening. The woman she hired was in her late 50’s, with her hair pulled back so tightly into a bun that it gave her a mini face lift, though there we’re still many wrinkles implanted into her skin from the wear and tear of time. Needless to say she wasn’t the exactly most pleasant woman in the world to have constantly calling you every three minutes making sure you didn’t change your mind on certain flowers, what the main courses would be for dinner, how everyone’s entrance was to be made and such. To make matters worse, Amber had to pretend to be the blushing bride to be which she definitely was not. When the wedding planner, Liz was her name or something like that, had called her just before she’d finally almost fallen asleep, Amber was tempted to slam the phone down into the receiver, then canceling the whole party That thought only hung in her head for a moment o two.
It was hard as well, convincing Liz to put so much effort into the party when all she really wanted to concentrate on was the wedding itself. But this party was important, it would set the entire plan both her and Caleb had into motion. So Amber was willing to do whatever it took, though it didn’t hurt that the benefit would be more than worth it to play the role as his fiancée. And Caleb, well, was wonderful. From the way he greeted her in the mornings, called her during the day, to kissing her goodnight. It was a little shock to people to see him the way he was with her, as well the way she was with him. Thinking back, she couldn’t remember an exact time they’d never not been touching, holding hands, kissing, and doing absolutely anything to drive Annabelle crazy. This whole thing was just a ploy to get Anna to open her eyes to Caleb and see that he loved her, Amber was just the buffer in between.
Frustrated Amber gave a few yes’s and no’s to Liz then finally everything was done. The stage was set and the night was ready to roll. The night that felt like it would take forever was finished. All the I’s were dotted and T’s crossed, there wasn’t a single thing left un done. The ballroom was lavished and decorated, the room that had begun settling dust was now completely alive and blazing. There we’re circular tables that sat 10 people we’re set up everywhere, with white table cloths and white candlesticks in the center. The candles floating in a crystal bowl filled with water and red rose petals. The chandelier in the center of the room hung up glinting off the light in the room above the dance floor. Where people we’re welcomed to come dance and enjoy the company. The head table was at the front, with a seat for Caleb and Amber reserved at the center. Then their we’re spots for 3 bride’s maid’s to Amber’s left, and 3 groomsmen to Caleb’s left.
There was a DJ there, one that played both slow and fast passed songs, in a variety of genres to suit everyone’s tastes. There was a bar of course, the tab was on them, well Caleb really. The entire house had extra security to make sure everything ran smoothly, parking in the back, coat check in the room right beside the front doors, a large room to place the gifts in. The buffet was set up along the side of the ballroom so people could go and grab whatever they wanted. The foods we’re exquisite, with chefs flown in from all over to make the best food for the party, and there was a champagne fountain going in the middle of the table. As well an added feature was Liz, who every now and then would run back and forth across the room to make sure everything was just in place and the right order. Everything was absolutely perfect, and now the night could begin!
