That sounded about right, Masi thought. “That shouldn’t hurt.” he said, putting his hand over Izar’s hand on his chest, and went in and hugged him apologetically. His other hand cradled his head. “Sumimasen chibi Izy head.” He said in a baby voice. He was glad of an excuse to hug him, and mentally commended himself for it. He was going through a list of possible ailments and herbs to treat them, in his head as he thought about this secret. He was relieved when Izar said that what he had to tell him was nothing bad, and that he was fine, but he was still going crazy wondering what it was. “I know you’re just trying to bother me, and it isn’t fair.” He said, he was standing now.
So the pouting was working. He tried to make himself look as miserable and pathetic as he could now, so that Izar would crack. What could it be? Masi started feeling nervous knots in his stomach. Maybe he was going to confess his undying love to him, HA! Well what if that was it? And he was going to tell him now? He felt like he could leap over a 30 story building all of a sudden. Oh, if that’s it… He thought to himself, what would I do? He answed his own question, probably faint or die...or maybe both.
Then Izar spoke. The feathers? Of course he remembered the feathers…only about every five minutes! What was the big deal? So they weren’t from a black swan, he kind of figured that because the dye on the one he carried around with him was clearly fading. But Izar didn't even know he kept it with him at all times. “What a silly thing to lie about.” He said, standing a little ways away. He was a little disappointed, and kind of felt like Izar was making fun of him and playing a joke, getting him all excited about some big secret and then it was just something about where his feathers came from. “I don’t get it.” He said, a look of frustration visible especially in the way his eyebrows were set as he looked at him.
He paced again. “Was that really it?” He asked looking at him, a little hurt. He was definitely messing with him. And sure they messed around like that, but this time it hit a nerve with Masinori because he just happened to be thinking at that very moment that Izar was keeping something from him. He groaned, was this a sign that he was being way too paranoid and the biggest secret Izar kept was that the feathers he used on his arrows came from a white bird? He thought about that for a minute and relaxed. But then Izar was looking at him like he was waiting for something to become clear to him.
“Iz, was that really it, or is there something else?” He asked again, pretty much insisting. “Don’t make fun of me, jokes aside, be honest.” He said. "You're just being mean now." He tried to sound convincing.
((I have a request!! Can you make him...whip his wings out? It's part of my evil plan of doom ^.^ "Kudasaaaiiii!" *pouts like Masinori*))

((OOC: <3 I was just about to do that!! It was all part of my ingeniously genius plan *evil laugh* lol))
Izar smiled into Masinori's chest happy to be in just that position. Izar looked up at him and crossed his arms pouting that Masinori left. after he stood to follow Masinori Izar stopped and pointed at him and glared, "It's fair and you know it." He smiled to take this sting out of his words that he inadvertently put into them. He closed his eyes and turned away and shrugged, "It worked." He grinned over his shoulder at Masinori, "I bothered you." He laughed, he had indeed gotten into Masinori's curiosity and if he were cruel could have put off telling him but Izar himself wanted Masinori to know more than anything... well... Izar stopped that thought before it started. He stood apart from Masinori and looked at him with piercing eyes trying to see into his soul.
Izar mentally prepared himself to take out his wings. He stretched the currents and checked the radius of the square for anyone who might happen to cross into the square. The closest person most likely wouldn't come near the square. He wondered what Masinori thought he was going to say. Most likely he wouldn't expect anything like this. But you never know maybe Masinori had known all along. Masinori had the exact reaction to the feathers that Izar thought he would. Indifference as though he had figured that out by himself. Izar tried in vain to read Masinori's expression. He was about to answer when Masinori said it was a silly thing to lie about.
Izar laughed, "You'd think so wouldn't you?" Izar said his eyes twinkling and then they darkened and he frowned. He saw Masinori's face fall, even he couldn't hide that. Izar shrugged it off, he didn't fully know yet. Izar walked forward and wagged a finger at him. "Of course you don't get it." He walked past Masinori to stand back near the tree, "I'm not done yet." Izar shook his head and smiled, "Masinori, Masinori, I said I wasn't done yet, have some patience." Izar paced a little more in front of the tree collecting his thoughts and emotions. It was dangerous for him to let emotions get the better of him especially when he was working with his power. That could be ugly. Very ugly.
Izar was so busy gathering his own thoughts that he didn't catch anything until he heard the word joke. He stopped on a dime and whirled on Masinori. "A joke?!" he spat angrily, "A joke?!" He shouted. "Do you think this is a joke?!" He let his wings rip out with a shout and the winds blew and his Irises consumed his pupils and whites, becoming swirling orbs of silver. The wind whipped around and he blinked seeing Masinori and knowing that he hadn't meant it to be insulting. His feathers had faded to a brilliant white again and several of them swirled around in the wind. He let the wind die and his eyes regained control and he looked at Masinori desperately, "This is not a joke..." he said weakly desperately.

Masinori thought Izar was starting to behave a little off kilter, he guessed it was catching. "Masinori, Masinori, I said I wasn't done yet, have some patience." He loved it when he said his name, but something was different just then. He sounded emotional, a little mad even. It was confusing. Or maybe he was imagining that. No, he must’ve said something wrong because Izar reacted now with a fury, "A joke?! A joke?!" He shouted. Masinori felt awful and was going to apologize at once, but it was too late, "Do you think this is a joke?!"
He thought Izar had thrown something at him and as a natural reaction his body tripped up and sent him backwards. He fell on his ass, and was sprawled on the ground with his arms supporting his weight, and his legs bent. But nothing had hit him, so he opened his eyes, which had been closed in a flinch. "This is not a joke..." Izar said in a tone that caused Masinori pain to hear. He looked up in awe at what was before him. There was Izar, white feathers swirling around him like a tornado, eyes dark and consumed with silver, wings stretched out behind him.
“Totetsumonai…” (Unbelievable…) Masinori breathed out slowly, exasperated, enunciating every syllable, and deadly frightened. He just looked up at him with wide eyes and a blank expression. Masinori felt very small and very unsightly, but shook that off and realized that he was special, he had to be if Izar had honored him like this by sharing this secret with him. Somehow…somehow he knew it when he first saw the feathers, hadn’t it been his first thought? But then he thought he was being absurd. Could he be hallucinating? How were such things possible? Sure, there were loads of Tainted people, he himself could enter dreams and Izar could manipulate the wind…but he had…wings? Was he human or some kind of immortal being?
And yet it made such perfect sense. And it was such a strange coincidence. Wings. It was something he’d always desired more than anything, and now the person he desired more than anything had them. It was beautiful, incredible, it was like he was living in his own dream all of a sudden. Could he be dreaming? Masinori reached into his pocket and pulled out his treasured feather, realizing now how much a part of Izar it truly was. He opened his mouth to say something, looking from the feather, to the unbelievable wings attached to his beloved friend. The white parts of his feather, the white of his wings. This was what he meant all along. He looked into Izar’s eyes now and saw the fear there, waiting to see Masinori’s reaction. That much was apparent because Masinori had betrayed nothing in his expression but the wonderment and surprise of what he was looking at. Not how he actually felt about what he was looking at. It was also very evident in the way he asked Masinori if he thought this was a joke before taking out his wings.
Something made Masi get to his feet, he hardly had any control over his movements, but snapped to pure impulse mode, a mode he didn‘t know his body had. His internal organs felt like they were vibrating, like he hadn’t eaten in days, he was shaking so bad. There was a great separation removed from between them metaphorically, and he lunged forward making short work of the actual distance between him and Izar, with quick steps. He thought Izar flinched for a second, but he moved so quickly that he didn‘t have time to get away if he‘d wanted to. He grabbed the five foot four winged embodiment of perfection by the shoulders, pulled him to himself, and pressed his lips roughly to his. Just for a moment, then he realized what he was doing and let go, turning his back to him so that Izar couldn’t see his face. He was shocked at himself. How did he have the guts to do that?
Izar must’ve been shocked too, or maybe this happened very quickly, because it was silent as a tomb. He turned around after what seemed like a long time, but really was half a second. No normal person would’ve had time to say anything. Masinori looked at him with nothing but tenderness in his eyes. He stepped forward again, reached towards him slowly. Izar may’ve flinched again but he wasn‘t sure. He put his hands back on his shoulders, but not forcibly. He held his hands on Izar’s bare arms, then moved one to his face to gently tilt his chin up. He leaned forward and down, and closed his eyes, let his lips lightly brush against Izar’s, then waited to see if he’d respond. How he’d respond. Masinori could’ve imploded with all that he was feeling as he waited for him to react to his lips.
((Yayy, I liked your post, especially the visual I got of the feathers flying around him. It was very anime-esque! I’m so excited, I had this planned for a while and I even wrote a bunch of it ahead of time ^.^ I really need to get out more lol like on dates. I am enjoying romance vicariously though my rpg characters -_-; AAAAANYWAY sorry if it takes me longer to respond. I am trying to pirate wifi from neighbors cause I just moved and I don’t have internet set up yet *dies* it’s excruciating!))

((OOC: *squee attack!!!* I freakin' love you! Izar and Masi are so good together! <3<3 Oh, you just moved that's cool. It's fine I understand, godspeed getting it back up! ^__^))
Izar bit his lip as Masinori fell back. Had he done that? His anger plummeted to guild in a matter of moment. He had shouted at Masinori but Masinori hadn't understood. It was his fault that Masinori had said that and his fault that he had gotten angry for it. It made Izar want to die. He wanted to bolt but his feet were cemented to the ground. Then another though collided with another. Would Masinori be angry with him? Angry enough to tell his secrets? Izar's eyes became blind to everything except Masinori. He watched his reaction and took a step back wards afraid to face him. His wings rose slightly as though he was ready to shoot off somewhere. Izar's mind was a swirling whirlwind and the wind imitated it and swirled.
The only thing that even betrayed that Masinori saw him where his wide eyes. He looked frightened, scared of him. He hadn't wanted that. Why had he let his anger get the best of him? Why had he fallen for Masinori? Why had they met back there? His mind was filling with doubt. What if he ad misinterpreted Masinori and Masinori didn't really feel the way that Izar did. Would Masinori share his secret? That question he shoved aside. No I believe that Masinori would never do something like that. No matter what. Maybe that was a false hope, no it couldn't be. He tried to think logically but he couldn't bring his mind to do it. Instead he concentrated on controlling his power. He could almost hear Zeferu's voice "Ground and center." He planted his feet and got his control back and centered himself to block out emotions.
He recalled several times when he had gotten out of control and Zeferu had been there not to get him out of it but to help him get himself out of it. Why had he died? He left... maybe Masinori would leave too. It was Masinori's dream to fly. Would he be envious? He couldn't see Masinori being like that but it wasn't everyday that you met someone who was living your dream. Izar wouldn't blame him it was natural. Izar watched Masinori's reaction hoping and praying to any god that would listen that Masinori wouldn't be angry. He should have know that he was angry and he should have known better than to let his wings out when he was angry. He could have really hurt Masinori and he hoped that he hadn't. He prayed that Masinori wouldn't shun him.
Izar's heart beat rapidly as Masinori got to his feet. Izar watched him move and lunge at him. He flinched slightly, He's gonna hit me! He felt Masinori grab his shoulders and he opened his eyes wide at the unexpected turn of events. Then something he could have never thought would happen... happened. He was stunned as Masinori's lips felt warm on his own. Izar wanted to melt into Masinori's arms and hie tensed wins slowly relaxed and the wind stopped moving so rapidly and Izar blinked as Masinori turned away. Izar was stunned he felt as though he was rooted to the spot. His mind was still trying to process what had just happened. He blinked several times and tried to clear his head unsuccessfully. So many questions in his mind.
Izar felt his heart warm as he looked into Masinori's eyes when he turned back to him. Izar looked away unsure what his eyes were saying at the moment. He felt Masinori's arms encase him and felt a hand lift his chin and Masinori leaned down to brush his lips with his again. Every nerve in his body was alive and on fire at the moment. He slipped his arms around Masinori's back. Izar's eyes shimmered with happiness and when Masinori broke off the kiss. Izar smiled up at him and was lost for words. He opened his mouth to say something but no words came out. He recollected himself with difficulty to keep from babbling. "Masinori... I think I love you." He said finally after what seemed like an eternity.

((*falls into a giggling fit in Panera bread* yayy I freakin’ love you back lol, wow haven’t quoted Anchor Man in a lonnnngg time. They are just adorable huh, we rule at life ^.^ ))
Izar’s arms found their way to his back. He wasn’t pushing him away! Masinori was both surprised and elated, he held Izar’s face in both of his hands now and deepened the kiss. The first thing he noticed was his lip ring, cold in contrast to his warm, smooth lips. Izar was always playing with it, and he realized how much he’d wanted to kiss him every time he’d seen him mess with it. When he finally broke away Izar was smiling, looking up at him with an ecstatic expression. He was speechless for a minute, but Masi didn’t blame him. He was still holding his face, and Izar’s arms were around him, which felt wonderful. He moved his hand over his cheek and looked into his eyes.
"Masinori... I think I love you." He thought maybe he choked, but realized there was nothing for him to choke on. It sure felt like he was choking. “How come you always think I’m going to hit you?” He smirked, changing the subject for a little bit of revenge and moving away a little. His hands moved to his shoulders yet again, then down to Izar’s hands to hold them. Their fingers fit well together. Of course the revenge thing wasn’t entirely going to work because he was bursting at the seams. “Oh hai!” He said with a short laugh, but then got serious. His heart was racing so fast and his insides still felt like they were shaking. “I love you, Izar.” He said warmly, pulling him close again. “I’ve loved you from the first moment I was aware of your existence in the world.” He buried his face in Izar’s hair, and his mouth was close to his ear as he spoke in a shaky but adoring voice. “I’ve never said those words to anyone, not even my own family , and no one’s ever said them to me and meant them…wait“ He moved his head to look at him for a second, “…just think?” he quirked a brow jokingly.
He felt like he could do whatever he wanted now, there were no walls and no pretenses. He played with Izar’s hair and didn’t have to be nervous about it, even though he still was. “And Izar, I can’t think of any reason in the world why I’d ever hit you.” He assured him. It was kind of funny that in all the confusion of them kissing and saying they loved each other, he’d nearly forgotten about his wings. Masinori looked down and realized he dropped his feather, he rushed to pick it up and blushed a little, then stuck it back in his pocket. When he stood up again he really looked at Izar. He reached a hand out towards his wings, which moved a little in response, but not tensely, or at least he didn‘t think so. He tepidly ran his fingers down one of them, watching his hand as he did so, and being overly careful.
“Do they…hurt? I mean…I have so many questions. Do you mind?” He didn’t want to bombard him, he wasn’t sure if this was an uncomfortable subject for him or not. He wanted to know all about them of course. A million things to say and ask came to his mind suddenly. Then he remembered the time when Izar suggested he keep a bird, and wondered what he meant by that. His lip curled into a crooked half smile and he put his arms around Izar. “I want to keep you forever, my little bird.” He pretty much giggled and tried very hard to straighten his face. “This just makes me think you’re all the more wonderful you know, I love you so much, whatever and however.” He said seriously.

((OOC: Yes, yes we do! XDXD))
Izar wanted the kiss to go on forever and when Masinori deepened him he felt as though he would be alright to die right here. When Masinori pulled away he knew that their relationship was no longer on the friendship level and that made him smile. He'd been happy to have a friendship like the one he had with Masinori but he never hoped for anything like this. It was amazing and he could hardly keep himself from pouring his heart out at Masinori. Telling him everything. He didn't have anymore secrets as big as this one but he felt like telling Masinori more about his family. It was an odd feeling.
Izar shrugged as Masinori's hands liked with his. "I don't know, force of habit?" he suggested and shook his head. Izar smiled hearing Masinori's voice by his ear. He grinned, "I think I always knew that." He said with a beaming smiled as Masinori played with his hair. Izar nodded, "I never thought I'd ever utter those words either." He grinned and shrugged, "Well I guess I always knew it just took my brain a while to accept it. So no I don't just think." He said warmly, "I know." He felt as though everything that he had ever been missing in his life, that empty space in his heart had just been filled in this moment. "I've never felt this way around anyone before," he said softly into Masinori's chest. He grinned mischief in his eyes, "How's it feel to have to squat to kiss me?" He grinned and put his hands on Masinori's shoulders and stood on his tip toes.
Izar paused for a moment letting his mind take in those words. He'd heard them before from several different people, but this was the first time that he actually believed it. He knew Masinori wouldn't hit him or hurt him in anyway and in a way it was a relief to feel safe. He felt as though time had stopped to let them rest peacefully together in the dark night. He watched one of Masinori's hands move toward his wings and he shifted it toward his hand. He smiled at Masinori's touch. It was so soft and so careful. He grinned thankful that his touch was so light that he could hardly feel it on his wings.
Izar shook his head, "No, they hurt no more than a arm would hurt just being." he shrugged, "Although when I first got them, gah, I've never experienced anything so painful in my life." He winced remembering that faithful day and it hurt like blades of hot iron slicing opened his back in twin lines. " No, I don't mind. It's only natural." He grinned. Izar beamed, "Then never let me go." He suggested at the bird comment. He was surprised that Masinori remembered that. He was even more surprised that Masinori now found the cryptic meaning of some of the things that Izar had said previous. Izar smiled, "So does this make up for my lack of height?" he teased after Masinori was trying to be serious. "Masinori, you are the only person who knows as much about me as you do. There is no one else that I would trust with that kind of thing." He smiled unable to keep it from his face.

Masinori knew that Izar probably added the think because of nerves or something, but it felt good to hear him confirm it. "I've never felt this way around anyone before.” He nodded. The more Izar talked the more comfortable he felt, his insides were starting to behave and not shake so much. "How's it feel to have to squat to kiss me?" “Ohhh!” Masinori made a scolding sound at the question. Then he thought about it, “Well it feels…spectacular actually. I don’t want to stop. I love your height, it’s perfect. You’re without fault.” He said. He was going to say his height was his favorite thing about him, but he found himself claiming every trait he mulled over as his favorite, it wasn’t possible to choose.
He came back to earth as Izar stood on his tip toes, well that was just fine with him. He kissed him again. His fingers tangled in his wild hair. He figured it was excusable since he'd been wanting to do it for so long. "You make me so happy. Odille noticed it right away, she couldn't believe how much I smiled around you." He thought about the storm. That storm was probably the second best thing that ever happened to him. "I think I always knew that." Izar had said a minute ago. "Was I really very obvious?" He asked "What did you think?"
Izar said he didn’t mind about Masi’s curiosity, which was good because he was ready to hound him with questions. "Then never let me go." Masinori swallowed hard, he had a loving look on his face, but then it turned resolute, “I wont.” He said, and probably held him tighter just then. “Never.” It was a promise. When he remarked about his height again Masinori frowned. "I‘m so happy you feel this way...I don’t know what to say…” He just wanted to smile and hold him. It was all so exciting. And really happening. It wasn’t something in someone else’s head or life, it was real. “I can’t believe this is really happening and I’m not in a dream.” He said.
And he could tell how deeply Izar felt, and see what each smile said, he wasn’t trying to discourage himself anymore by convincing himself of the worst. “You’re my soul mate.” He said quietly. “I can’t believe you have wings…I’m so jealous.” He smiled when he said it. It wasn’t the kind of mean jealousy that meant harm, but more of an awed happy for the other person envy. “Can you fly…that’s stupid of course you can…" He hit himself in the forehead. "Oh man...you can fly” He said dreamily, and thought his wing tattoo must seem very silly to him.“What’s it like? Everything? How did you find o-…and…” He still felt a little awkward talking about them. “Do you like having them?” He asked. He felt like a little boy again, reading a comic book or something.
He hoped the questions weren't bothering Izar, but realized that this wasn’t something that happened a lot, so maybe he would be just as curious to hear the questions Masinori had for him as he was to hear the answers. Masi’s arms were securely around Izar when his hand grazed accidentally over the spot where his wings came out. He moved it away quickly and blushed, but then moved it back. His shirt was ripped, and he felt the skin of his back, and then the wing. It was such a strange feeling. Flesh, feather. Both were terribly soft, but in different ways. His skin was smooth and flat, while the wing was…smooth, but sort of fluffy too. He shook his head a little as his hand touched that spot. “It’s so…interesting.” He said looking into Izar’s eyes, they were always so mesmerizing they commanded him to stop talking, thinking, everything. He gave Izar a few random peck-kisses, and their noses touched. “So I can do that whenever I want now huh?” He asked, hardly believing it. Hardly believing he was freely holding Izar like this and Izar was more than fine with it.

((OOC: You enjoy giving me squeeee attacks don't you!! XDXDXD))
Izar laughed, "Finally, a not bad comment about my height," he beamed. Izar felt a wave of happiness. Masinori loved his height, not only that but thought that he was without fault. "Ah, I fear that I disagree with that. I have many faults and I'm sure you know a lot of them." He shrugged, "Or maybe we should call them weaknesses." He grinned mischievously. Izar's skin felt as though it was on fire. He was truly glad that it wasn't raining and that there was no foul weather to soil the mood. Izar had never been happier in his life and to imagine that he had thought Masinori was a jerk before was unfathomable. He turned out to be everything that he could have ever asked for and more. There was no doubt in his mind anymore that Masinori was sent to him for a reason. Maybe to keep him sane, or maybe to drive him insane.
Izar felt his heart beat rise as Masinori kissed him again and he could hardly keep himself from singing. And he couldn't sing... He grinned, "Really? I can't imagine a Masinori without a smile on his face." He laughed, "Only a little bit, but I wouldn't accept it." He shrugged, " I didn't know what to think in my own mind I tried to deny it, I've never been in love before." He looked at his feet, "I didn't know what it truly felt like until now." He shrugged again. He was unsure of what to say next. It was so easy to talk to Masinori but Izar was happy beyond words. He flexed his wings slightly and rocked back on his heels. He loved just being around Masinori, as corny as it seemed.
Izar beamed and laughed, "Me too, Oh, Keeper of my Dreams." He said feeling safe and secure in Masinori's arms. He wondered if Masinori had ever gotten any hints from any of his dreams. It was highly likely and very possible. That made him smile he couldn't lie in his dreams so that made his feelings all the more true. Izar smiled, "You have no idea, Masinori how right you are." He said and rested his head on Masinori's chest. Being short did have it's advantages, he was at the perfect height to rest his head against Masinori's heart.
Izar smiled, "Don't be their not that great." He shrugged, "You see, I can't really fit into small doorways or go anywhere without people freaking out about it." He grinned, "It's amazing, not to be confines on the ground." He held up his hand in mock defense, "Slow down, you're like a kid in a candy store." He laughed. "how did I get them?" Izar asked unsure if he had heard his question correctly, "Well I was minding my own business and all of the sudden it feels like hot irons are on my back and, well I won't bore you with the gruesome details, let's just say there was blood and panic and yeah..." He trailed off it wasn't a part of his life that he liked to remember in detail. Izar blinked, "Of course I like them, they are the... second best thing that has every happened to me."
A chill ran down his spine as Masinori brushed his hand against where his wings met with flesh. It was oddly stirring, he'd never thought about it before but that was a very sensitive part of his body. He smiled and held Masinori close to him listening to the soft beating of his heart. He looked up at Masinori and beamed there was no other place he would have rather been at this moment. He grinned as Masinori held him close and pecked him a few times. "Yeah, and encouraged," He grinned giving himself a boost with an air current to give Masinori a peck right back.

((Squee attacks are good for uhh…good for the heart! ^_^ ))
“Weakness or faults, if anything I find them endearing.” He wondered if it would stay that way, and if Izar would find things about him he didn‘t like. A lot of times the things people found most likeable about himself, they later picked on him for. He liked picking on Izar anyway. “That’s because I have no control over myself when I’m around you. If you watched me around other people my mannerisms must be very different. It’s strange…” He trailed off. They were a pretty interesting pair. Izar was colorful, in both his hair and his attire, Masinori was slightly more monochromatic. As far as personality it was almost peculiar how well they got along. He perceived Izar as quirky and confident, and a very noble sort of person. He was the brooding, dark, melodramatic of the two. “I couldn’t accept it either, that was well put, I kept saying, ‘no, it couldn’t be’ then ‘well, maybe’.” It was strange to think that this whole time Izar might’ve been thinking and feeling all the same things as him. “And at first I thought you hated me…” He said bluntly.
"Me too, Oh, Keeper of my Dreams." His head was resting on Masi’s chest. His heart was racing, Izar was listening probably. It must’ve been a fantastic sight, him standing there with an angel in his arms. “You dreamt about me a little, but were just as vague in your dreams. Jerk.” Masinori smirked. His eyes widened in surprise when Izar said they weren’t that great. He stepped back and looked at him and at them for a minute and shook his head. “You’re more self depreciating than me if you honestly think that.” He remembered the first thing he ever said to Izar, he was so caught off guard, and definitely caught Izar off guard by what he said too. He already thought Izar was the most amazing person he’d ever even heard of, how was it possible for him to keep getting better?
Masinori scoffed, “people.” He said with mild disgust. “If these people you speak of don’t see even a little fraction of what I see, their opinions don’t matter much.” Untainted people would probably fall under the category of said people. They’d be afraid and probably try to harm him. The thought made Masinori tighten his arms around him. He didn’t even want to imagine that. Most Tainted would more than likely see it as an admirable thing. Funny how that worked. He listened in awe as Izar talked about discovering his wings, and frowned when he got to the painful parts. He was right, the gruesome details were better left out. He really really didn’t like to think of Izar in pain. He unconsciously moved his hands around where the wings came out again, as if to soothe the pain that was no longer there. Izar said he liked them, that was good, “What’s the first thing?” He asked playing coy.
Encouraged. Masinori smiled softly. He would definitely take him up on that. He’d probably kiss him until his lips didn’t work anymore. Izar pecked him on the lips and he looked down to see his feet had left the ground. He had to do a double take. He gasped quietly and his jaw dropped. He kept looking down, but his feet were on the ground again. “Can I see…see you fly…sometime?” He asked. That would be something else.

((OOC: lol XDXD True that!!!))
Izar grinned, "Well now you can be this way around me and around others," he said nodding. "I like you when you act like this, I love you always, but I like it when you are free and don't hold anything back." Izar said pushing him lightly. He and Masinori were different that was for sure, but they had so much in common that it balanced out. He wouldn't have changed Masinori if he could, Masinori was perfect in every way, Izar couldn't imagine anything that he wouldn't like about him. He grinned, "Actually... at the beginning I did hate you..." He said with a sheepish grin. "I remember thinking that you were a pompous arrogant jerk who judged people before they met them..." He shrugged "But that was my fault for judging you before I got to know you."
Izar grinned, "So I'm a vague person." He shrugged, "Maybe I was just being clever and dropping more hints, you never know," he gave a teasing smile, "I'm just so clever like that." He laughed and mock frowned at Masinori, "Now what fun would it bye if I was straight forward?" He chuckled then shrugged again, "Not that I don't like them. It's just they can be a burden sometimes." He sighed remembering painful instance where someone had seen him and a broken wing had resulted. Not as bad as it could have been though, he'd heard stories of the long healing process after some untainted actually had the nerve to try to rip out their wings. He had been very careful ever since he heard that. Especially around untainteds.
Izar felt Masinori's arms tighten around him and smiled his heart melting like his body wanted to into Masinori's arms. "I guess," Izar said with a slight smile. "I don't like ti though." He sighed and looked up at Masinori his eyes desperate, "I hate not trusting people." He put his head against Masinori's chest to calm himself. He breathed in the sweet scent of herbs that always surrounded Masinori. It made him calm and happy, "I want to trust people." He said muffled in Masinori's shirt. Izar looked up raising an eyebrow. "Well the first if not this, it can't be when I left my mother, and if not that..." He paused dramatically, "Then it must be this moment." He smiled warmly and pulled himself closer to Masinori.
Izar grinned, "Don't act so surprised." He laughed, "I'm sure you will, though not now, I can't see a thing, I'd smash into a building." He chuckled, "I'm no owl, unlike you," he teased Masinori's favoring hanging out at night. He looked up watching the stars move gracefully across the sky. He gasped and pointed, "A shooting star! Make a wish!" He laughed he wasn't superstitious and he didn't believe in wishes but he made one anyways. I wish that I can spend a great time here with Masinori.
