CLOSED TO IZAR! Masi trotted across the street with headphones on, listening to a song, blasting it actually, that made his heart ache. He was smoking, of course. He recognized some people congregated in the square and went over to say hello. He stamped out the butt, he always smoked down to the filter practically, and took one headphone out as he greeted someone. Eventually he gave up on that and put them down around his neck as he talked and listened, and then away in a messenger bag he had slung over his shoulders. The song was this: Here in my heart, memories linger I hold them sacred, safe from all others, angel’s tale A love such as this, once in a lifetime Lost in your beauty, still dreaming of you, angel’s tale You drove the sinner from me and shone with such glory Touching me softly, my breath torn away Wrapped in a silver veil under skies so pale Trembling as I watched you One holy night, angel Snow can be warm, didn’t you know that Just like a snowflake falling from heaven, angel’s tale I kept my feelings from you The heavens divide us I longed to tell you all my heart’s desire If only I had wings, wings as white as yours Up into the sky, I’d surely fly, angel Yes, on such snowy nights Memories revive your eternal flame Burning again, secret Here in my heart, memories linger I hold them sacred, safe from all others Angel’s tale
The sun was just at the point where it was deciding to set for the evening, but still was so high that it made everything blindingly bright, with a brilliant orange tinge. People driving towards it would have to squint to see, and would get aggravated probably. Masinori had on large black sunglasses with dark purple tinted lenses, so it didn‘t effect him at all. They matched the extra long streaks, just dyed a deep purple today upon waking, in his jagged hair. It was a warm spring day and he wore his black leather pants and a white dress shirt, skipping out on a jacket, though the more the sun left the sky the chillier it got. Small gusts of wind ruffled his shirt and hair and gave him goose bumps. He unconsciously felt in his pocket for something soft that the wind brought to his mind in the midst of a conversation with various people he was on speaking terms with. The black feather he kept hidden there. It seemed he couldn’t keep his thoughts away from Izar for more than a few minutes at any given time. Here was the tree where we first talked, here was the corner where I first saw him, there was the place we ate that one day, remember when he said this, remember when he wore that, I wonder what he’s doing right now. They’d spent so much more time together, and even though Izar still hadn’t completely opened up to him, he felt like he’d always known him. The feather though it was the sleekest of all the discarded ones from the day of the storm, was starting to change as he kept it. It was almost as thought it had been dyed and was fading...but hadn't it come from a black swan? That's what Izar said. When he looked at it, he knew it was hiding a secret from him, and it tortured him that he didn't know what it was. But when he touched it like this, blindly, he knew that whatever mysteries it posessed it was still just as precious to him. Someone asked a question and he pulled his hands out of his pocket and joined back in on the conversation. But it didn’t leave his mind. He was standing in the midst of a group that was talking and laughing and enjoying the sunset, he’d just woken up maybe an hour or two ago and came out here for breakfast. Everyone else was finishing their dinner and getting ready to wind down. He was in mid sentence, not talking about anything of much consequence anyway, when he saw him walking across the square. Izar. Masi looked up as he lifted a hand in greeting. Was he going to walk away because Masi appeared busy? His back was turned then, but Masi abruptly fled from the group without so much as another word, and went to catch up to him, whatever he was talking about was forgotten and unfinished. His heart raced, and it wasn’t because he was keeping a quick pace. He played the scene out in his mind, grabbing or tapping him on the shoulder, then he’d turn around and Masi would hug him. He couldn’t wait for that part. It could’ve very well been his favorite part of seeing Izar, if he were able to choose. If it were up to him he would leave and come back a dozen times during the course of a single meeting just to have an excuse to pull him into a wonderful embrace and rest his cheek in his hair. That would probably be ridiculous though. “Konbanwa waga!” Masi hissed quickly, putting his hands on Izar’s shoulders to startle him. Here it comes, grab! He turned around and before anything else Masi pulled him into a big hug. He held him there for a moment, wanting him to be close and confident in their friendship, comfortable with him enough to be inclined to tell him all of his secrets. The feather's presence burned in his pocket. On the subject of undisclosed information, both men were guilty. Masinori still hadn't articulated his feelings to him either. There were these little terms of endearment and hints. Awkward moments when their hands brushed, when they even held each other's hands. When one would rest their head on the other's shoulder. But no one talked about it. There was so much still left unsaid. ((Song is "Angel's Tale" by HYDE, “Konbanwa waga!”= "Good Evening mine!" at least I think/hope.))

((OOC: cool beans man!))
Izar sighed and ruffled his hair slightly. It was again multicolored and the warmth of the temperature influenced him to wear a dark gray sleeveless shirt with with a vest of army camouflage and black pants. He gazed at the mirror and changed one of the earrings he had in to one that was a little less large. He shifted the hoop in his nose and the ring in his lip. He grabbed some hair spray and sprayed heavily on a strand of hair that was vexingly not staying where it should be in the position of straight in the air. He smiled remembering when he first met Masinori and figured out that he wasn't the jerk that Izar had made him out to be. It had rained so hard Izar feared he'd never get his hair back to normal.
He opened his wings for a moment and looked them over. The black dye was fading. He sighed, he would let it. He was in a good mood most of the time now so it didn't feel right to dye them black again, at least for a while. He looked up at the sword hanging non a platform above the small couch. He left that at home more often now but by no mean did he ever go unarmed. You could say he was paranoid but he saw it as wise and others who went without foolhardy and happy go lucky. What are they gonna do if someone attacks them? Izar shrugged it off. He knew Masinori didn't carry weapons and that made him worry sometimes. "Bah!' He scolded himself, "You're like a mother hen." He walked out of his bathroom and slid a dagger in his pocket just in case and made his way out into the hallway, though not before hiding his wings.
He waved to his landlord, who waved lazily back, as he paced out the door. He was meeting Masinori today and at the moment he was running late. He squinted in the bright sunlight and smiled the air felt wonderful. Not polluted or disturbed by a storm or anything. It was as if the air reflected how the day would go and he hoped so. He grinned as he felt a slight pressure on his shoulder. He glanced over seeing a small Sylph had picked him for their perch. She laughed and pulled at his ear. He tilted his head to hear her. "Mamma says we have to work on the clouds today. Anything in mind?" He grinned, "Why don't you make a giant bird or something." She giggled and nodded flitting off to begin her work.
He beamed and walked into the square to look for Masinori. He looked about seeing many people in light clothing also enjoying the early heat. He stretched his arms and sighed with happiness. The sun felt warm on his skin and the colors mixing in the sunset. He smiled watching the winds shift to shape a form in the clouds. A giant bird was forming it;s wings spread wide. The Sylphs really were artists. The way they used the red light of the sunset made it appear like a phoenix in flight. He looked around then continued walking. Izar thought he saw him but the sun was in his eyes and he shaded them his one hand then turned to look across the square.
Izar's heart skipped a beat as he jumped at hands being placed on his shoulders. He turned only to be engulfed by a bear hug. There was only one person this could be. Masinori. Izar returned the embrace ignoring the odd looks cast at them by passer-byers. He released the hug and looked at Masinori, "Hey!" He said putting a hand over his heart feinting being out of breath. "Way to give someone a heart attack," he teased good natured raising an eyebrow at him. He smiled brightly, "How are you tonight?" He grinned squinting in the light. He shifted so that his eyes weren't in direct sunlight.
Izar chewed at his lip. There were so many things he was still hiding from Masinori and he regretted it. They might know quite a bit about each other but when it came down to it Izar realized he didn't know hardly anything about Masinori.

((Ouuuuch! So I just smiled, and I got two new piercing in my mouth at the same time so it hurts really bad to smile *dies* ok done wining! I must confess I'm not really a man, shh don't tell, but beans are pretty cool lol *runs away*))
It worked, Izar was a little startled, but Masinori knew he realized it was him when he felt him hug back. For a moment he rested his face against Izar’s hair, as Izar let go he slid his hands to his bare shoulders for a moment before letting them fall back to his sides. Of course he didn’t want to let go. The sky was turning red, the nicest part of the sunset, and the clouds formed fantastic shapes as they floated by. And then there was Izar against the flaming heavens, looking up at him with those compelling silver eyes. It was breathtaking. Masinori felt joy throughout his whole being, “this moment contains all moments.” ((I think this is a quote from The Great Divorce by C.S. Lewis))
Izar was squinting into the sun, so Masi took his sunglasses off and placed them on his face. He crossed his arms and examined him to see how they looked, then nodded his approval with a short snigger. He was always trying to look out for Izar, he never wanted even the tiniest bad thing to befall him if he could help it. “I’m good, I just woke up not very long ago. Your head must be very clear today.” He said conversationally, with his hand thoughtfully at his mouth. Masinori chose to spend most nights in a sort of half asleep trance, viewing the dreams of others. It didn’t actually count as real sleep, so he slept during the day. “It’s been cleaning itself out.” He elaborated.
There were all kinds of dreams, but the most frequent were either ones that provided meaningful insight into a person’s desires and psyche, or ones that were what Masi called “recycle dreams”. These were where a person dreamt a whole lot of random things just as a way to clean out their heads. They usually had to do with memories, thoughts, or recent occurrences. Whatever was on a person’s mind at the time. Izar was having the latter sort as of late. Which wasn’t so bad because Masi did see himself there sometimes. Which meant Izar was thinking about him, at least to some extent. It was just a little confusing and hard to decipher what each thing meant, or how a person felt. It didn’t matter what kind of dream Izar was having, Masinori felt rejuvenated when he left them. Like he’d really slept.
But no dreams for Izar tonight. Tonight Masi would be hanging out with him and not letting him sleep, if he could help it. He was still waiting to see how long before he noticed the difference in his hair, he didn‘t point it out. It was usual practice for Masi to let people figure things out for themselves because of his indifference or disinclination to help them along, but in this case he was doing it to be playful. “What do you want to do tonight?” He asked. “Anywhere interesting you want to go, or want to just hang out in the square?”

((OOC: lol I don't have any piercings in rl... lol I've just heard that it hurt from my sister. XD that's cool though!!!))
He looked about the square examining everyone and everything. Something caught his eye and he saw a small bird floating on the breeze. He watched it for a while his mind wandering. He blinked coming back to the present. He looked at Masinori and cocked his head to one side a hand supporting his chin as he thought for a moment. He looked Masinori over carefully and narrowed his eyes. Something was different... He opened his mouth then closed it again trying to figure it out, it hit him like a ton of bricks. "Did you change your hair?" He nodded deciding that that had to be it. He needed to stop getting distracted like that. He looked at Masinori's glasses and grinned. They were large and obnoxious but they looked good.
Izar blinked as darkness fell over his eyes. He grinned as Masinori nodded in approval. Izar laughed and nodded, "Of course they look good on me." He shrugged arrogantly. He laughed and shifted him. The took up most of his face and made everything look purple. He nodded pausing at Masinori' next sentence. His mind was clear? He blinked in confusion then wondered if the sunglasses blocked them out. He nodded when Masinori elaborated. "Yeah, it felt good to have no dreams last night it finally let me get some rest." He laughed and wondered what it was that had been cleaned out of his mind. Izar reached up and poked Masinori in the forehead, "You need more sleep." He said bluntly and with a smile. "You sound like your nocturnal."
Izar wondered how the whole dream thing really worked. He knew how the winds worked that was pretty easy but dreams that was the unconscious thought and desire. He was glad that nothing happened in any dreams Masinori had seen of his were anything significant. It made a chill go down' his spine at the thought of Masinori being repulsed by him. That was the worst thing that could possible happen. They had such a good friendship. He smiled hiding the fact that his mind was piling up again, so much for being clear.
Izar grinned and shrugged, "I feel like we only hang out at twilight," he teased. He was having fun with that. It wasn't often that he was able to catch Masinori like that. It seemed like Masinori was usually either not doing or saying anything worthy of it or he was a step ahead of him. Izar pulled the sunglasses off and put then up on his head and let the sparkle of mischief float in his eyes. He shrugged, "I don't know, maybe we could..." he paused and looked about, "I've got nothing."

Izar stopped and looked questioningly at him "Did you change your hair?" Masi threw his head back with a snort, “Haaiiiii, you noticed finally. What do ya think?” He asked, holding out a strand, “Not a very big change.” Izar got all pose-y with the sunglasses and remarked about how good he looked, “Yes yes, of course.” He wanted to ruffle his hair or something, but he just shook his head at him. He thought it was funny how when you had feelings for someone you just wanted to squeeze them or something, all the time. It was this anxious excited feeling that he didn’t know what to do with. Scream? Grab Izar? Pull his own hair out? Any of those might help, or at least be better than being so composed and calm. It was a second to second challenge when he was around him to not be utterly nonsensical.
“What’s wrong with twilight?” Masinori asked mock-defensively. He was hoping Izar wouldn’t know what to do. He didn’t want to go to a restaurant or pub, he wanted to be alone with him tonight, and the square was as good a place as any for that to happen. People pretty much filed out of the village when it got dark. People…normal people…slept at night. Masi walked over to a nearby tree, randomly planted there beside the protection of a hedge, towering over a blanket of splotchy grass. “This looks like a good spot.” He said, plopping down beside it so that he was laying with his head at the roots. He looked up at Izar as he walked over, closing one eye and squinting. “So tell me something.” He said plainly.
It would be nice to have a low key evening with him. They hadn’t had one since their first time hanging out. Masi tried to include Odille, or they’d go somewhere loud and pretentious where they could barely hear each other. It was always fun, not just because he was enamored with Izar, but because he was just really great to be around too. He was funny and clever and a challenge, he was always trying to one up Masi. He liked to think it was their way of flirting, picking on each other and being playful. And noise meant having to lean in close when they spoke. No one concerned themselves when one would say something in the other’s ear, you had to do it in loud places like that. But it was like an intimate secret shared only between the two of them because they’d lean in to speak and get so close their cheeks brushed. It probably made the both of them turn beat red, but they acted oblivious.
It was getting tired though, there was a shallowness to those sort of interactions, and this was so much better. Plus something was bothering Masinori. Was it just that they hadn’t had any deep conversations recently and he was being paranoid? He couldn’t help but feel this nagging within him that Izar was hiding something. He figured it was his own screwed up logic, something like: he was hoping he was hiding the same feelings for him, feelings he didn’t have the nerve to confess, and was confusing this hope with the nagging feeling. That Izar wasn’t really hiding anything, he was just being a coward. Whatever it was, it was annoying.

Izar nodded and beamed, "It looks great!" He exclaimed. It really did. He grinned and pulled the sun glasses off of his head. He handed them back, "Those sun glassed are very large." He said anticlimactically. He felt oddly self conscious and wished that Masinori would do something other than praise his looks. He immediately scolded himself and his thoughts. Every time Izar was with Masinori his thoughts went wild. He was sincerely glad that Masinori wasn't a mind reader. He glanced up at the sky watching the clouds. The bird had taken form and was now following the sunset and it's graceful head was falling below the horizon along with any source of natural light.
Izar shrugged and looked into Masinori's deep blue eyes. In the darkness they looked black as obsidian. It was as thought Masinori knew a lot more than what he was admitting too. Izar smiled, "Absolutely nothing." He nodded and followed Masinori to the tree and found that he didn't desire the branches as he normally did but he desired to be on the ground with Masinori. He sat down stretching his legs out and leaning back on his hands. He blinked confused by what Masinori said. "Something?" He asked unsure of what to say. Confusion was written across his face with his brow creased and a slight frown on his lips. He blinked and thought it over. "Something... The erm.. Sky is darkening.... thats something."
He was pretty sure that that wasn't what Masinori had meant but it was an easy way to dodge around an uncomfortable subject if that was indeed what Masinori was implying. He felt the grass beneath his hands and brushed a rock out from under one of them. He looked at the sky watching as the stars peeked out one by one. He liked the calm and peaceful night. It was a grateful changed from the loud placed they normally were when they had to be practically on top of each other to hear one another. This reminded him of the first night they meet. It had been peaceful in the dark cabin with the fire going when he and Masinori were just able to talk and share secrets and ideas. He liked Odille she was very nice but tit seemed like he never got to spend any time alone with Masinori.
He raised an eyebrow and looked over at Masinori. Had he felt the same way and that was why he had chosen this place to rest. Izar hoped that Masinori didn't think that he was hiding his wings because he didn't like them. He had just had bad past experiences with it... shortly after he had showed Danae his wings there had been an incident. Izar knew he could trust Masinori but he couldn't bring his rational mind to accept that. He was still trying to see what kind of person Masinori was. He was pretty sure that Masinori was everything that Izar made him out to be. Wonderful, clever, and completely perfect in every way. Izar didn't know what was wrong with him, why couldn't he trust someone that he was sure that he loved?

“You’re right, that is something,” he wasn’t even sure himself what he meant, he guessed he was just trying to make conversation, but probably just sounded inept. He looked up at the darkening sky and a small pebble hit his head, he flinched a little in surprise. “Hey!” He said, he rolled to his side and pushed Izar over, then sat up and took his spot. He laughed a little at him, and looked back at the sky quietly. Then he fumbled in his pocket for a cigarette, it was something at least to occupy his hands. Maybe calm his heart. Something seemed to be invisibly separating him from Izar. He didn’t want anything of the sort. He was in a strange mood and didn’t know how to account for it.
“Sorry if it bothers you when I compliment you. I don’t just hang around you because of your devastatingly handsome looks you know.” He smirked mischievously, “I do it because I like feeling tall.” He started to laugh now and ruffled Izar’s hair with his free hand. He didn’t mean to be picking on him, but he was trying to keep things lighthearted. It seemed awkward somehow to be alone with him like this. Maybe they’d gone on too long as “the best of friends”, even if it wasn’t long at all. He tilted his head to the side and smoothed the hair’s he moved out of place. Not really smoothed, but sort of fluffed, as they were sticking up anyway. “You know…” He started, but lost his train of thought as his hands tangled nervously in Izar‘s hair. “I’m glad it isn’t raining.” He said finally with a deep exhale of breath.
He was quiet again, smoking his cigarette. It was getting progressively darker. The atmosphere was quiet and dim, there were crickets chirping musically and a street light across the way. No one was around. “You know,” He started again, “I haven’t seen Danae since that day I met you, it’s very strange. It’s like she disappeared.” He paused for a drag of his cigarette. “I‘m sure it‘s nothing…Do you remember what I said to you the night of the storm?” He asked. His heart felt heavy in his chest. I should just quit while I’m ahead. “That I wont leave? That you can trust me?” He looked intensely into his eyes, more than a hint of desperation in his own.
He stayed there for a long moment, his cigarette burning itself out in his hand, becoming one long cylinder of ash. He broke the gaze by closing his eyes and then opening them when he was turned to the side. “I’m useless tonight really, I get into these moods sometimes where I’m all melancholy and paranoia. I just…” He used his hands to talk, pulled his cigarette to his lips and widened his eyes a little when he saw the ashes. He quickly flicked them away and took a drag. “I don’t know, I don’t think it matters that we know everything about each other, I feel that we’re connected somehow, that sounds crazy, but I don’t want you to feel like you can’t trust me, you know?” He groaned and put his cigarette out in frustration. “If that makes any sense.” Maybe they would’ve been better off at the Sticks where he couldn’t hear half of what he was saying.

Izar nodded and closed his eyes for a second. He when Masinori shouted and pushed him over. Izar fell over and stuck his tongue out at Masinori when he took his spot. "Jerk," Izar said jokingly. He resettled himself and crossed his legs under himself and crossed his arms. He grinned and elbowed Masinori and looked away and whistled as though he hadn't done anything. He watched him get another cigarette and closed his eyes to feel the wind on his face. He felt like jumping for joy. He couldn't think of anytime that he had had more fun other than the other times he spent with Masinori. He gave up on trying to deny it. He decided to accept it now. He was in love with Masinori. There was no question in his mind anymore.
Izar raised an eyebrow, "Oh, no?" He asked sarcastically. Izar flushed a bright red and crossed his arms pouting, "Yeah way to make fun of the short kid." He said pushing him with a laugh. He felt oddly kiddish as Masinori ruffled his hair. Izar grinned as Masinori patted his hair back into place. He grinned, "Don't even try, it won't behave." He blinked and looked back at Masinori who was slowly becoming a silhouette against the dimming light. It reminded him of when they first met and they had been shadows in each others eyes and the wetness of the ground was enough to make one think that you were going to drown. He smiled gazing at Masinori absently, "Yeah, it'd be cold and wet." Izar nodded, "But we'd get to spend some more time together stranded under a tree." He pointed out.
Izar gazed out of the branches and the stars shining and twinkling in the night sky. He blinked and suddenly panicked. "You know, you're right." Izar looked over at him worry shining in his eyes, "I haven't seen her in a while. I really hope she's alright." Izar laughed nervously, "Yeah I'm sure she's fine... she can take care of herself." He was trying to convince himself now. He shook his head to clear it of that thought. Izar nodded, he remembered everything that Masinori had said that night. He gazed into his eyes and felt the sting of guilt hit him and he felt like he couldn't meet Masinori's eyes. "I remember." He said softly and nodded to himself. He took a deep breath and tried to calm his rapid heart.
Izar grinned, "Not completely useless," he raised an eyebrow and tried to turn the conversation back to what they were previously talking about, "You still managed to knock me down a few pegs when my head got large." He smiled closing his eyes peacefully thought behind his eyelids there was tension. He opened his eyes again as Masinori spoke again. Izar nodded and looked down unable to meet Masinori's eyes. He should at least tell him about his wings it was only fair. Flashing images of a wing bending in an awkward direction made his back ache. Masinori wasn't that kind of person who he though would do something like that. Izar grinned and opened his eyes looking Masinori straight in the eye. "Masinori, I have a secret." He said pressing a finger against his lips. There was mischief in his eyes as he smiled, "But I can't tell you yet, not here. Maybe later." He said cryptically. Later could mean in a week or two. Or in the next few hours. He grinned ,"I thi... I know I can trust you with something like this." He said. He was about to say think but corrected himself. He knew.

Izar elbowed him and whistled, like he hadn’t just seen him do it. He snorted and shook his head, he found himself doing that a lot lately. There was something so at ease about the way Izar acted, it made it so comfortable to be around him. He would always say something cute or funny to make Masi forget himself and laugh. “Well, I mean, sure it‘s a big part, but no…and you’re only a few years younger than me…” Masi informed him, “Not really a kid.” Just as short as one, Masi stifled a laugh, but didn’t say it out loud because he didn’t want him to think that he didn’t like that about him. He loved that he was shorter than him, and probably for no particular reason, but he did. Actually he could name a few reasons. The way his eyes looked up at him, the way he fit into his arms when he hugged him, and just that it was part of who he was.
“Your head is just the perfect size.” Masinori blurted, and wanted to slap himself for complimenting him again. If he wasn’t saying them, he was thinking them anyway. Izar was laying there with his eyes closed, and for a moment he hoped he wasn’t tired. That wouldn't work at all and Masi would have to do something to wake him up so he could have him all to himself. Masi finished rambling, Izar’s eyes were open now but his gaze was averted. He had an almost guilty/tense expression on his face, and it made something inside of him jump a little. Nerves. Masi had told him as much as he could think of about himself as soon as that very first night, but he also didn’t want to force Izar into spilling his guts to him. And he had also been a little drunk. He felt like maybe he was. rushing him, not being drunk. Then he looked straight at him and interrupted his thoughts, “Masinori, I have a secret. The nerve snapped.
“Nani?” Masi started but Izar put a finger up to hush him. He couldn’t believe his gut feeling was actually proving to be right. But he looked amused, was he joking? “Later?” How could he do that to him? It was kind of maddening! And later could mean anything, Izar was being vague like Masi always was. He got to his knees, “Why can’t you tell me ima(now)? Wakarimasen…Naze desu ka? Itsu desu ka?(I don‘t understand…Why? When?)” He bit his lip, “Kudasai?(Please?)” Then he started to get a little worried, “Is it something bad? Are you alright?” He was getting anxious and mixing up his languages too. How could Izar just hint that he was going to say something important but then stop like that? “You can trust me with any kind of thing, but…“ He stood up now, “No no, don’t feel like you have to tell me, I want you to want to…I'm sorry.”
He took a few steps away. Well he wouldn‘t have said it if he didn‘t want to. Or maybe he was joking, and was going to tell him something silly. “Demo(But)…I can’t wait for later. How can I get you to tell me? No one is around if that‘s what you‘re worrying about…” Izar was in the grass and Masinori looked expectantly at him as he spoke. He started to dig through his bag for another cigarette. Stop being obnoxious, Masinori. But now he was left in suspense, and he hated that. He was usually the one leaving people to figure things out. He was about to give up on the other cigarette. “Kudasai?” He repeated, sticking his lower lip out and making a pathetic puppy dog face.
(Yeah it‘s prolly totally useless that I keep inserting random Japanese words, but oh well, I need practice ^.^ and you get to learn too muahahaha *runs away* )

((OOC: Nah it adds to the effect ^__^ and yeah I need to learn))
Izar grinned and then turned a sly gaze on Masinori, "So I'm short amazingly good looking and just a few years too old to be a kid." He shook his head and laughed, "You hurt me right here," Izar put a hand over his heart and laughed jokingly and hung his head in mock distress. He loved talking to Masinori, it was not only entertaining and witty but it was so easy. He felt like he could talk about things and say things to him that saying it to anyone else would feel awkward. He smiled so large that his eyes closed on their own and he let out a laugh of pure joy. He had never felt better in his life. He smiled and looked up into the sky identifying the North Star and then Draco and Orion in the sky. He had always liked stars go figure...
Izar snorted in laughed, "Why, thank you." He grinned it was refreshing to know that his head hadn't gotten to large and his arrogance had fallen quickly. He rested his eyes and when he opened them and spoke to Masinori he felt as though there was a weight being lifted off of his chest. He watched Masinori's face trying to predict the reaction. It was exactly as he thought it would be. First the initial stunned look of having his thoughts interrupted then the shock of what he just said then the pleading to know what it was. He felt like hanging this over Masinori's head a little bit just for that short joke. Izar was a very vengeful person. He smiled and watched Masinori and sat back listening to his reply.
Izar watched Masinori get to his knees out of the corner of his eye and grinned enjoying every moment of this. It was probably really bad of him to get so much enjoyment out of this but he would tell him in a few minutes. He just said later to torment him. Izar grinned, "Because," he said simply when Masinori asked desperately why not now. His heart melted and it felt as though there had been a sheet of ice over it. He smiled warmly when he said please in Japanese mixing his languages. He was very glad that he knew that language pretty well to get what he was saying or else he would never have been able to tell what he was saying. "No it's nothing bad, I hope." He smiled again and nodded his head vigorously, "I'm alright, I swear." Izar leaned against the tree to watch Masinori stand and apologize and walk a few paces away. "It's alright, I just wanted to bother you." He admitted laughing.
Izar gazed at the stars as Masinori started talking about how he had to know. He smiled and rose. He looked back and saw Masinori's face and broke. "That's cheating," he accused at the face. He walked toward Masinori then passed him nd stood a little toward the middle of the square. "Hmm," he looked at the nonexistent watch on his wrist and grinned, "Well I think it's later." He grinned and walked back to Masinori feeling like pacing. "Do you remember when we first met and you came out of the bathroom making a reference to feathers would found discarded in the trash can?" Izar said raising an eyebrow wondering if Masinori would put two and two together. "I lied, they aren't swam feather." He said simply refusing to go any further until he let Masinori think about it for a moment."
